And the work weeks will fly by (though the weekends are rough cos thats when I have the most time to miss my baby!) and soon enough, I can just imagine, the heart leap as you open your inbox and there its IS ...that bloody email...FINALLY saying, yes, we approve, and now things will move much faster!!! Cant WAIT!! Its like waiting for Xmas but a thousand times more intense!! Im happily planning a holiday to go see my man in august for his b-day, so thats taking my mind of things- its seems so SOON now lol, am hititng the gym etc!!!! Just hope i have no issues going in for 10 days, but from what ive read as long as I bring letters from work etc saying i need to be back I should be ok? The thing that keeps me going is just the fact that he exists - far across the globe he may be but he is alive and well and we can communicate everyday- I think of all the woman in the past who's husbands have gone to war, and perhaps never even seen their 5month old new daughter etc...and those woman would have to wait and wait never knowing...wait for months for ships to come in with letters and news.....thank God thats not what we have to go through!! I'd go stark raving bonkers As long as he is in this world, and we can communicate our love, Im happy That being said- come on Vermont, HURRY UP!!! I'm dying here!! also- I was only touched last May- do you think I need to have more touches to indicate it will be approved soon? Or will it just suddenly change to 'approved'? Im an end of April submitter (NOA1 on the 23rd I think?) and am WAITING for approval- keep checking my case status- last prodded on the 20th of May :/ From what I can tell- Vermont is averaging about 80 days to approval so Im expecting a response by late July! The offical gov websites and even on here dont seem to have up to date processing timelines for the different centers- does anyone know where I can get this info? I know that VSC seems real slow at the moment, I was going crazy last week waiting for a approval since I got my touch, and it arrived in the mail last night and we were approved on Monday. The USCIS site still says pending but I think you will find that a lot of people will update there timelines when they receive the NOA2 in the post as we are not getting the information from the site so it might not be as slow as we think, it might just be a computer glitch Hang in there, we all know how hard it is, but just think one day it will all be behind you and you will be together just not as soon as you would like	Stinky Monkey	Female	United Kingdom	2008-11-08 14:38:00

It took us 5 long months to get ours and we got NOA1 30th June and just received our NOA2 hard copy on Friday so you will have to hang in there Just remember that even though there might not be a lot of approvals showing that not everyone waiting is on VJ so they might be working just as hard Also it seems that they are not updating the site and ours still shows pending so you might still see a few more approvals from last week when the hard copies arrive in the post unexpectedly Just spend your time reading up on what is required for the next stage, and get as prepared as you can Shaz	Stinky Monkey	Female	United Kingdom	2008-11-10 15:04:00

Samir When you sign up for e-mail notifications that is where you see if you have been touched that is working just the main page where you check the case status does not seem to be updating. I have never received a e-mail either.
