You then list only those children that you wish to have a K-2 issued on the DS-156K form....and you list whether they are To Join or To Follow. Then if they are To Join, you get a medical done for them and bring them along for your interview. If they are To Follow, then when you are ready for them to come, you notify the Embassy to schedule their interview, have a medical done for them and then have them attend their interview. Well said! She will not be able to work until AFTER you file AOS, at which time you will also file for her EAD(Employment Authorization Document). She cannot work without the EAD or green card. It takes on average 3 months to receive the EAD after filing. I placed all my pages in a folder, and divided each catergory (forms, all of our trips together and secondary evidence) with page dividers. People debate on here that this is or this isnt the best way, but to be perfectly honest if you have everything that they require from you you have nothing to worry about! Use paper dividers to seperate the official paperwork and your evidence (both primary & secondary). Group them together with paperclips and paper sleeves. Sorted! On the back of the photo write in capitals where the photo was taken, date and signed by the petitioner and alien fiancee. I filled in our I-129F petition from the UK, sent it over to my fiancee for her to fill in the rest sent it off. We received our NOA1 around 20 days later. If they do not have a digital date on them, then just to be on the safe side make sure that you and your fiancee sign and date all photos. So, for example, if you have make 5 trips within the past 2 years of filing this petition, I would send in 10 picutres. However between now and your interview continue making trips and taking pictures, it will help and reinforce your relationship when it comes down to the CO at the interveiw! If she wants the child brought with her, then you must list them on your I-129F and get a K2 visa for the child. Please read the guides. Exactly what I would recommend. But please take you time in filling in the peition as well. I know you are desperate to be with your loved one (as we all are!), but rushing it would mean more delays with RTFs! Just stay calm, relax and do it over a period of time. I took 3 weeks if not more doing mine because I wanted to triple check everything and make sure I left instructions for my fiancee on what she needs to do. Goodluck, and God speed! This will delay the start of the 90 days. The other is the two of you quietly go to the court house and get married by a judge to meet the legal 90 day requirement. It's not necessarily a good idea for including in a petition or some consulates, but Manila actually lists it as one example to use as ongoing relationship evidence in the packet instructions. If so, this will prove that the date of your flight on the receipt was legitimate and therefore you did use it! I agree, other evidence such as hotels, events etc... that you have receipts for will go alongside your purchases shown on your credit card! Relax, there are other ways apart from boarding tickets to use as proof! This is all great advice! Also, pictures, receipts, Passport, ATM receipts, dinner purchases, parking slips, tickets to events you've been to together (movies, concerts..etc). Having the boarding passes is usually seen as fantastic evidence because they are one of a kind and printed at the airports themselves. However, if you do not have them, then there are otherway to prove that you visted her country: Did you purchase anything on your credit card whilst in her country? If so get copies of the statements of the duration you were there and highlight the relevant transactions Make copies of your passport, especially the part where they stamp it. This is seen as evidence that you were approved of entering her country at the POE. This is almost as invaluable as the boarding tickets themselves. Make sure you copy the reciept of your prrof of purcahse of the airline ticket. Although this only proves that you bought the ticket and not use it, the points above will prove otherwise.
