Its great CSC is finally rolling out March applications, however there has been no activity on our file since July. We have contacted 2 senators and a congress rep...and noone has gotten back to us..as a matter of fact one senator office LOST our paper work!! The Congress rep has not gotten back to us at all and she was certain she would be able to find out information for us within two weeks..guess what is been over two weeks! Anyway just wanted to get that off my chest. Just want them to approve ours already!!!! Just don't go postal because CSC is already short handed. LOL! I believe that you will get yours just like William33, but the odds work out better for my virtual pocketbook when you receive yours in less than 20 working days. The good thing is that your case will be looked at again when you return the RFE. So this could turn out to be a very good thing barring the fact that you don't have your approval yet. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE Question...	Howdy, I just got a strange RFE. Which seems to be the norm as of late. CSC touched our case and sent the RFE email. I just recieved the "RFE" yellow envolope, but the only thing in it is my Original Birth Certificate that I sent to them when filling our case. There is no letter stating what evidence they want. Just my returned Birth Cert. So should I copy my passport, copy my Birth Certificate and send those back in as RFE evidence? Very confusing. Thanks! I appreciate the help! That is strange, confusing, and good. It appears USCIS simply wanted to return your original. Those dirty rotten scoundrals kept mine. Can't win them all I guess. LOL!
