K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	List of approved CSC K1 Visa	I have put together the CSC graduate class of 2006 IMBRA RFE, but it's been moved to the USCIS Service Centers forum. It appears that optimism prevails because 71% of VJ members are expecting CSC to begin approving petitions within the next three weeks. Below are the results of my VJ poll: Out of 58 pollers: Week of July 23rd (This week)................[ 18 ]...[31.03%] Week of July 30th..................................[ 13 ]...[22.41%] Week of Aug 6th....................................[ 10 ].....[17.24%] Week of Aug 13th..................................[ 1 ].....[1.72%] At a later date than mentioned above.....[ 9 ].....[15.52%] Let's wait and see..................................[ 7 ].....[12.07%] We're all pulling for CSC... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	List of approved CSC K1 Visa	CSC is obviously NOT processing by the NOA1 date. I am speculating that CSC is processing by the IMBRA RFE receipt date and possibly the completeness of our K1 petitions. I'm sure they (USCIS SC... specifically CSC) are not aware of this community, which is tracking their progress, and we can NOT make practical sense what is the protocol is for these approval. There is no reason why you both should not receive an approval within hours or sometime this week. Not to mention it appears that CSC love NSC transfers. LOL! I've been writting this from the moment I joined Visajourney.com and became aware of how the IMBRA compliance effected us. It's truly NOT FAIR! And the RFE date being the priority date is just special for all the wrong reasons... Who's idea was that! I'm sure there are plenty of folks here who would have a few choice words for that individual or group. Anyway, just wanted to write down my thoughts... again as usual! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Hey MrLonely,	MrLonely or anyone, any idea what percentage of VJers have been approved? How many of us are left? Half? A fourth? Seems like there have been so many, that there couldn't be more than 10% of us still waiting?? I'm just guessing (because I eyeballed it and have not attempted to compute the percentage) but I would say around 60 - 70% are approved out of the CSC folks, which include the NSC and TSC transfers. I have not really looked at the VSC folks becuase they are working like a well oiled machine pushing out approvals. Why isn't the NVC processing the petitions? Goodness, they get the job done! By the by, the NVC folks are friendly, courteous, and helpful.
