With the lottery pick that's going on (actually it's running by RFE receipt date). You maybe approved in approximately two or less. Heck, your gaurdian angel might put bump you up to first class. I'm wondering if they will receive another RFE like "William33" before their case is approved. "William33" was just approved on the 19 of August. Maybe we can work the buddy system and we can take them along to the Phil with us. LOL! Seriously, I'm hoping for an extremely fast resolution for them. It's agony waiting for them waiting for CSC to get it together. Hell, it's hard for me to be patient waiting for an interview date let alone an approval. We're all pulling for you Gary & Luz!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	to clarify earlier e-mail about USCIS now going by Noa1	Although our list is just a fraction of the petitions approved by CSC, the lawyer may well have received some credible information. Besides 31 Jul and 01 May, where there were several May and a few Jun NOA1s approved, there have been very little approvals outside of March and April. I'm sure that a few choice psychiatrists would diagnose us all with something. The constant checking, re-checking of email accounts and the USCIS website, calling, rushing home checking the mailbox and the list goes on... I mean the list GOES ON. I think that we have all partially lost are marbles during the ordeal and the only cure is the one thing that we're longing for the most... our loved ones. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K-1 Visa	According to what I've in another thread, you could get married and adjust her status while she is here because your intent was not to get married when she applied for the visa. This will allow you to skip over a lot of the drama the majority of folks here are facing. Of course that's if you wanted too or are ready to do that. However, I'm just writting what I read and you would have to check on whether that would be an option for you. As you may know, you will not have any problems going through the K1 process and obtaining a visa through the Embassy in England, despite of the chaos with the Service Centers. Good luck... If the physical package is received, at least, in the next week and a half, you will more than likely be issued an interview date. Those of us who arrived on the 8th, 10th, 17th, and 18th of Aug, we have to wait until the last week of Aug and possibly the first week of Sep for the next iteration of interview dates to be assigned. I keep hearing conflicting information from the Manila Embassy staff, in the immigration visa unit, about the potential of receiving a Nov interview date. I’m speculating that you have a chance to obtain a late Nov or early Oct, IF they are correct. Well, in the next week or two we shall all find out together. MABUHAY!!!! In this process, we are basically treaty as guilty until proven innocent, which is really my weird way of observing this process. Some did not agree and basically thought I was out of my mind because this process is about eligibility. I can somewhat safely write that you may agree with my position.
