K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Here we go again!!!	I say RANT, RAVE, SCREAM, & PROTEST! This is madness and I have been writing this for weeks and even more so now. I couldn't sleep just waiting to see what happens for my case. For those dear souls that have MARCH NOA1 dates, RECALLS, and those who have been waiting for an IMBRA RFE, I feel for you. Patience and tolerance is virtually out the window at this point, but what action can be taken? Are the ombudsmen any help? I am presuming that lawsuits are the next alternative. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	2nd RFE (Not IMBRA Related)	william33 - I'm sorry to learn about your delay. At least you know what's up, so now you can fulfill the RFE requirement. For some reason, I was just expecting for CSC to want the passport and stamp, especially since they are under Homeland Security. I'm just lucky in many ways, but we won't go there. Hey, did you know that the DMV is now under Homeland Security as well? Anywho, hopefully now can be invited to the big dance of NOA2 very soon. Do not forget this process it to weed out and discourage fraud. They want to be able to go... oh... that relationship wasn't serious or they would have stuck it out. This is a heart-wrenching process that can tear you down if you let it. Be strong and keep working to get yourselves back on track to completing the interview. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Did somebody already get his post-IMBRA NOA2 by snail mail?	jo&john - The Embassy's process cases on a first come first serve basis and the NOA1 date plays no part. Unfortunately for all those poor souls put on the backburner due to the IMBRA compliance, there is no retribution for the delay, no apologies, and no compensation for your dispair, pain, and frustration. A public apology would have been nice, at least do something. By the by, are K1 petitions issued a priority date? My gut feeling tells me no, but I really have no clue. Check out my signature and download the packet 4 information that your fiancee must have for the visa interview, when you get to the next level. Oh, you might want to fill out the G-325 Biographic Information form before you go so she can sign it while you are there. It will save you some time. This process is a little intimidating when you first step into it, but once you learn the process the only problem is the waiting... waiting... and more waiting.
