K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134 Question: Can I use my Turbo Tax returns?	I am filling out the I-134 and I understand that London would like to see a copy of my pay stubs, W-2's, and Tax Returns. However, I filed my taxes on Turbo Tax so I was wondering if I am allowed to print out my Turbo Tax returns or if I have to write the IRS?  You should be able to log in and select the prior years to view then print.  I have had to do this numerous times and it has alwas worked.  Good luck! His nationality could be Slovenian, but if his citizenship is Croatian, that's the one you go with.   nationality = nacionalnost   citizenship = dr?avljanstvo Thank you.  His passport is from Croatia.  His parents moved to Germany before he was born.  I will put Croatia in this box. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I134 Question 3 Help	Hello Everyone,   My fiance was born and has resided in Germany his entire life.  His passport is from Croatia as this is his Nationality.  On question 3 of I134 should I mark his Citizenship as Croatia (where he has never lived) or Germany?  The I129F and G325A did not have a questions similar to this.    Any help would be greatly appreciated!   Many Thanks!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-I34 - Supporting Documents	Take a look at the Australian Embassy Info and it should list what documents are needed.  It may provide you with a link to follow as the German Embassy did.    That information is usually country speicific.  For instance Germany requires the most recent year of tax transcripts.   Hope this helps! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Forgot G1145 for K1	Well I actually have more problems than I thought, when my finacee sent me her information for I-129F she didn't include Part C, D and E and I didn't even know they existed and just filled out my parts. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Forgot G1145 for K1	Hello, I recently sent my package for K1 and I remembered everything BUT the G1145 form for which they use to contact me. I'm really new to this but I managed to find out a little bit and I registered on the USCIS website but they're asking for a receipt number for my case which I don't have and i'm wondering how they'll go about contacting me since I forgot to send this form with my package. Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia)	Vaccinations needed for Frankfurt Consulate K1	Hallo auf alle! We have just received our NOA2 notification by email. My fiancée wants to get her vaccinations done before her medical exam, but we are having a bit of trouble finding exactly which vaccinations are needed. We had found a list from 2009, but presumably this has changed. Can anyone point us in the direction of the current list? Also, her son, 9, will also need vaccinations. Is there a list for children? National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Waiting on NVC	You should have received an email from uscis that your case was shipped to department of state. If you have not, then it is still at csc I have been tracking this for three weeks now and I have seen that CSC filers are not getting email status updates when their cases are shipped to NVC.    Vermont and Texas transfers are seeing those updates but not California.  I have no clue why but it seems to be the trend. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Trend of people waiting for NVC to receive their case after NOA2	Hello all, I looked at the Immigration timelines link at the top of this page and i can't find any data or trend to show how many people are waiting for their cases to be received at NVC after NOA2. If there is one can you please post the link?    Thanks.  http://www.visajourn...&dfile=No&adv=1   You click on Immigration Timeline, then go down the page and you click on F2A visa, then your timelines come up.  Enable Advanced mode on the side of the sceren and you can see the NVC Received times for you specific Visas.  If you want to change go to Common Visa and select from the drop down.  The above link is the result for your F2A. LOL!  I got it!!  I was able to change Tichi's address and give them his email.  I cannot track it on the CEAC tracker yet but I know that takes a couple hours to be uploaded there.  Crossing my fingers that it won't go into a/p. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	noa2 from september	I called nvc today and the rep said my case has made it today but needs to be entered. Said to wait 10 to 20 daya to enter in system. Gosh!  I called NVC this morning and they had not received ours yet.  We were 9/4 also.  I think different people say different things.  I wish I could talk to someone that would say if our case was actually there but not loaded in the system. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	noa2 from september	Don't worry guys. I was very worried for 45 days thinking they lost my application or something. It is just taking longer than usually for nvc to process things but be patient. The longest I've seen things take is 7 weeks. Mine took 6 weeks I personally got my info last Friday oct 4. Right now my file is already in Florida and it will be in bogota colombia tomorrow. Be patient although I know it's difficult If you would be so kind to update your timeline so those of us still waiting can estimate a little better that would be awesome!   Congrats on the next step!! I received my noa2 sept 4 and when I call nvc my case hasn't made it. No one has yet.  You can pull the data from the Immigration Timelines tab above.  They are currently receiving cases from the week of 8/19-8/23.  None from 8/23 received yet per the Immigration Timeline tab..   If this continues.  Yours and our should be in two weeks. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	How to contact NVC or DoS for case number	Hi everyone.   We got our NOA2 on October 8th and we are now trying to contact the NVC or the DoS to get our case number, or see if one has been assigned yet. When i call the DoS it just gives me information about visas, not able to connect to a person. On the website it said tomorrow (the 16th) the phone lines will change and there will be a new number to call. The number to the DoS also gave me a number to the NVC which was (603) 334-0700, and that number just beeps right away like a busy signal. We NEED to get ahold of them as soon as possible so we can keep up on our case. I tried a few different numbers, but none seem to get me to a person to help. ANY help and responses would be greatly appreciated! Thank You Everyone!   Gus and Crys NVC lines are always busy.  You just have to keep trying or call when they open at 7:00 EST.  All you do at DOS is push 1 then 0.  You just needed to wait a bit to hear the prompts.  You should be able to talk to a human there easier.  If you filed through CSC though, you probably won't have a case number yet.   I might be wrong but maybe because today is federal holiday (Columbus Day) so nobody was answered the phone. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	I've got case number but AP?	I recived an e-mail today. Hm... maybe now more cases will go through administrative processings... We get fast approvals now, so maybe USCIS would miss something and NVC has to check it again? I don't know yet if my fiance recived e-mail from them. I recived cause I was inquiring. And we never called them. Maybe you will get the letter soon. Post goes few days. I don't receive answers quickly when I email them.  I called twice and the first lady said additional processing and the second lady said it was normal that they were just reviewing it but there was no additional or administrative processing with it.   Don't know who to believe.  I just want it to be in Germany.  Our NOA2 took 37 days and the case number took 6 weeks.  Can't they just let the consulate do their duties and ship the stupid package!  LOL! National Visa Center (Dept of State)	I've got case number but AP?	My NOA2 is sept 10. I have my timeline updated.   I'm only woried now to not be under AP... That would be so bad and then I would be unlucky But I don't think I have something bad in my peroson or my fiancee to be processed deeper... I don't know what is the purpose of AP though. When did you receive an email?  I received our case number last Wednesday and it's still "at NVC."  I talked to one woman this morning that said it was going through additional processing then another woman this afternoon said it was normal but I have not received an email or letter. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	30 day mark! NVC has not receive our case! what is going on??????	I'm so disappointed that after 30 days, USCIS has not sent out our case to NVC. Just got a response from our inquiry with NVC stating that they don't have it yet. We got approved sept. 23 by the way. Will NVC really contact USCIS on our behalf to find out the whereabouts of our case? Should i rely on that and just wait? I still have a little hope left that I might be able to spend Christmas with my fiancé in the states. I will keep you updated as soon as we hear back from the USCIS or NVC. Yes, we have that hope too, but now NVC is holding our petition until the embassy in Frankfurt has openings.  I find this hard to believe though.  I may email the embassy to validate what i was told. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	NVC research	Thank you for your reply My fiancé and I just got of the phone with NVC and USCIS... After waiting for an hour we finally got to speak to a Tier 2 officer at the USCIS and the lady was really helpful    She told us that they were 100% certain, that our case had been send to the NVC and nowhere else on August 14th.  The USCIS is now going to contact the NVC about our case and we should hear back from them (with hopefully good news) within the next 5 days.  Let's keep our fingers crossed!   That's wonderful news!  Normally if it is way past the time they will kick things into gear and help.  So glad you got through! National Visa Center (Dept of State)	NVC research	Hey   has anyone experience with how long it takes to hear back from the NVC research?   As of right now nobody knows what happened to my case or where it is at... We got our NOA2 approval back on July 18th, now over 3 months later the NVC has still not received our case, yet the USCIS resists that they have sent it out in the beginning of August and that the NVC must have it!   We were told to send an email with a scan of our NOA2 to the NVC research. Now I wonder how long it will lake to finally get some news.   Thank you!!   Ours took one week with no positive news.  I would speak to a Tier 2 at USCIS on your case to ensure it was in fact sent to NVC and not NRC.  I know the wait time to NVC is 6-8 weeks but you are well beyond that. Now today has gone to Ready.  Wow!  I know I gave them my email address and Tichi's but I don't assume anything will change soon.  Were you told you were in AP?  Just trying to figure things out as that is how I am.  What a great feeling you must have now!! National Visa Center (Dept of State)	NOA2 from September	I had an NOA2 date of Sept 3, called yesterday and they had just received my case that day and told me it takes 10-20 days for them to process it there before sending it to the consulate. At least its there! Does anyone know if it could possibly get processed sooner than 10 days?   They told someone else that to and they had their case number that evening.  I believe the person who started this thread.    Happy to see that NVC got your case!!   Thank you!!
