K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2009 Filers	Middle of October? 3 more months wow! I'm dying right now I really hope this is not true. I've read that the USCIS call center has nothing to do with USCIS itself, they are in another building and they just read the answers from a book or something like that. I need to get a Certificado de Antecedentes Penales and a Birth Certificate for my k1 visa interview, it seems like these documents come in 2 types: nationwide and for international purposes. I can't wait anymore, I'm also in Peru and he's in VA, we thought the visa was going to be granted around August but it seems like we were a little too optimistic. The last time he came was in May, and he's coming back for the interview, that would be the 9th visit. It looks like our processing dates are very close to each other. Haven't seen my fiance since May and his webcam broke 2 days ago We should be feeling happy cos we're about to get married, we r moving in with our loves, isn't that right? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	KI VISA FOR FIANCE-- still waiting for approval since 5 months	Wow it really sucks! I didnt know vsc approved 2 may petitions, why would that happen? I mean I'm happy for them too, but vsc approving them 1st, makes april fillers wait longer and thats not fair at all.
