I really hope so!!! they touched my file on 5th may but they didn't ask for anything so here we are waiting, hope to hear something very soon!!!! and again CONGRATS! This surely are great news for both of you!!!! Best wishes for both of you!!  When our turn come I will be in tears for sure being this our second time filing!!

I want to ask something. My fiancé filed last july for me, we got a RFE asking for more evidence about us (which we provided), then we received awful news, they denied our 129-F petition because my fiancé didn't submit his G325A form. That was the reason. The notice said that it was because he didn't provide that form and it was asked in the RFE but we never saw they wrote that. anyways... we were so desperate and every plan we had for our wedding went to the trash. We filed again in January and here we are with all of you guys (We did everything right this time, we even provided more evidence, more pictures, more everything). We were advised to file again but I don't know if we could have appealed to the uscis, I don't know if it would have been better to appeal. (I heard it takes 1 year). Anyway, would this be a hold for us? what do you think? is everything we did right? are we in the right step?

I feel nervous not yet excited. This is very unpredictable sad.png  It would be good if everyone can check it too.

Planning ahead can be tricky, based on personal experiences... it caused a lot of dissapointment to the little hope my fiancé and I had. (We filed on june last year, we forgot to submit his G325A form, we got our I-129F denied in January and here we are.. trying again, doing everything right this time... if I remember everything we had planned, we would be married by now.)

As I can see, our timelines are the same (just with different center locations) and to be honest, we are hoping to get everything done by Septembers as well, but to be honest (again), the best advice is not to plan anything until we get real answers, that's what I have learnt through all this long process until now.

Right now we are at the NVC step. My fiancé got a better job proposal and he is switching jobs. He will end this friday and he will start his other job on the right next monday in his dad company. I am very worried this will affect our case at the interview. Does the employer letter needs to match the W2 form or the pay stubs he has been receiving from his ex employer? Do we need to present more documentation? Do we need to let someone know? We are extremely worried since we are not consulting with anyone. Please, we would really appreciate an answer from any of you.

I guess that would depend on how one interprets the comment. The Conof may have been told of that by the OP, she doesnt appear to hide the fact that she was aware she would need a waiver........ but because of descrepencies he found in their answers he denied the visa on those grounds. By saying no to the need for a 601 would be correct in this instance as until an appeal is successful and it is routed back to the Embassy, the option of a waiver wouldnt be there.

We were denied a visa in Peru in 2004. It took about 6 months for the case to get reopened. It would of taken another 8 months or so for it to go through the process. In the mean time, we were married in Peru, filed the K3, had it approved and now my wife is here in the states. Once your petition is denied and sent back to the states, the porcess becomes very drawn out.

hi my friends, i´m so sadddddd :( because my visa was denied in Feb.08 my hubby was with me but I'm confused, let me explain to you.

First window = questions about me and my husband aprox. 25 minutes,Woman told me that I need some aditional papers.

Second window= take a fingerprints only one finger

Third Consul room= She asks separately my hubby and me all questions about my married, My hubby and me answered our true story, but finaly SHE told me (""I can´t to give a visa because you answered different than him)" she told me YOUR CASE will send to back DHS and your hubby had to appeal.

I´m feel badd help me please ...what will happen? anyone visa denied?? hereee??? what i have to do???


PD: I was overstay in USA 4 years and the consul never told me about that only DIFFERENTS ANSWERS, NOT NEED WAIVER 601. why???? :( :( [size=4]

If all other criteria is met and they have the intent to grant the VISA they will give you a yellow slip marking what you need to return (in this case the certificado). You will DHL the certificado and the passport back to the embassy (they will not take it in person) and aslong a everthing is clear with the certificate they will return the passport and VISA via DHL.

This happened to us. We requested it about a week and a half before the interview and were told it would be available on March 18th at 9 am, unfortunatly the interview was the 18th at 8 am. whistling.gif We mailed it back DHL the same day....

Sometimes they come in 5 days, other times 10 or 15. Just request it as soon as you can. And if you don't get it in time don't stress too much, there are procedures in place. good.gif

Hello well about the DNI the peruviam goberment in janery 2008 order that everybody had to update their pictures, the adrress and the civil status(marry-single-divorce-widow) that was mandatory.
You know the informatic sistem of my country is no available to conect the hallcities information (where you get marry) with the RENIEC information, if you dont say the RENIEC dont know, jajaj, well but if she is present to the embassy saying that is marry with you in her DNI have to say that she es married.
Any way I was try to found how she can do and you can review the next page, and found the contact phone of the Reniec

well you have to bring all the paper that they need, but when I went to my interview they pay so much attention to my proud about how we meet, I bring all recipt of gifts, flower, hotel, ticket, engagement ring, mail.
Other think that help was a letter of presentation of my wx work, because demostrate that I no was caming because I dont have nothing to do there.
