K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Mistake on my G-325A form	I sent out my I-129F packet yesterday while going through my forms for the 4th time (yet I dunno how I skipped this mistake) I`ve noticed that on my G-325A form on the part where it says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for" I put a X on Other (specify): and then next to it I put I-192F in which it should`ve obviously been I-129F. I checked my fiance`s G-325A and that form seemed correct. I called USCIS and the lady told me that once I get the I-797 form there will be a address on the form on where they are processing my form. I should send them a letter explaining the mistake and a copy of the form highlighting the mistake. While this seems like a slight mistake I wouldn`t want to get a RFE if I don`t take action. Has any of you had a similar experience? I mean the form is attached to all the other forms that`s related to the I-129F so will it really be necessary to send them a letter explaining the mistake or would it be best to just wait and see if they will process it as it is? Hi sorry for bringing this up again but while searching through the forum I`ve read that a co-sponsor can add the earnings of everyone within their households so does that mean that I can include my brother,my sister in law and my blood related sister`s earnings in the affidavit support with the co sponsoring of my parents? my parents have filed their taxes jointly. My parents do make enough but I feel that if the consulate sees that everyone in the household is making money maybe that would help with our case. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Co-Sponsor for affidavit support in Pakistan?	As mentioned above does Pakistani consulate allow co-sponsoring for affidavit support on K1-visas? I`m almost done with the entire paperwork and would like to send it off this week. My parents are very supportive on our relationship and are willing to co-sponsor for us as well as let us live together at their homes until the entire K1 process finishes and she gets her green card. I`m a full time student with a 15 hr per week job. While I do have a guaranteed full time placement as soon as I finish school on December, I would like to start petitioning to start living our lives together when she gets here. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K1 - Request for Evidence status	Hi. I had an RFE too for the same thng. My SO is not from the Philippines however they should list on the RFE what they need from you. Mine they had just listed a copy of one of our passports with the stamps in there to show that one of us had been in the other's country. I sent that in no problems. But also a copy of either of you or your SO boarding pass when you went to me other one is also a good example of primary /initial evidence. May I ask what you did send in for evidence? Is a boarding pass really necessary? I wish I didn`t lose mines. The only proof I sent them was a copy of my stamped passport stating when I entered and left Pakistan which was very recent. Can you rephrase that? So your saying that if they don`t catch a mistake on my G325a to send them a correct version anyways? I think the Embassy in Islamabad will send a P3 because I looked at the medical exam information for Pakistan and it said something about needing documentation issued by the Embassy showing the visa category when going in for the medical exam. Just thought you could inform both agencies of that so that you have a solid story during the interview. Well anyway good luck! I thought that it would matter since the Consulate would receive the copy of my passport and may question that as well. Explain that you need to have this other names section on the G325A corrected and explain why. He might give you an address to send the information to. Make a copy of it before you send it. They aren't too reliable on this but its worth a shot. At the embassy you can give your fiance a copy of this letter and tell her to tell them you did try to notify USCIS of this. Although this would be a great idea the problem is that I sent USCIS a copy of my passport that has the same name spelling as my I-129F packet in order to prove that I`m a citizen. I was thinking on maybe writing a letter to the consulate stating that I also go by that name and that I mistakenly forgot to include it on the I-129F form. Even tho we had everything put together well they still requested verification on my household size and my 18 yr old son...where he lives etc and that i dnt pay child support... so even tho my husbands in ap we are now waiting for those documents to be reviewed to prayerfully finally get an approval. So please be overly cautious...they scrutinize like i said...its fine and no worries when your case is a genuine case.... but they do it to weed out the fraud.... Thanks I`m about to prepare the letter now since I want to have everything set once I receive the NOA2. Any ideas on how I can start this letter? I did this about my conversion to Islam in case they asked my husband why etc... it didnt even have to be taken out but the issue was explained by me clearly in the letter he had.. I mean it is the same name, you just spelled it differently and forgot about the other spelling. Its pretty much too late to correct it except if you get an RFE from USCIS but I don't think they know any other name so you might get NOA2 without an RFE. Good luck! Ohh ok so you think I should go ahead and put in Erik on the DS form where it ask to state other name(s) used and ignore the fact that I put "none" on the I-129F form correct? So I guess a note in this circumstance wont be necessary. From what it seems this may be my only option since it would be a pain having to somehow get my entire tax documents and W2 forms corrected. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Last letter of my name misspelled on tax transcripts	Well, it seems the only time it might matter to USCIS is when they are doing name checks on you. I have no clue what kind of results they get back from the databases but I think not to worry if a similar name shows up they will have some kind of possible name match on either one of your names. As far as the tax transcripts the embassy will see those and its up to the CO and gang to determine whether the difference in those two names are enough to question your I-134. So maybe at this stage ( I mean after your NOA2 and when the embassy receives your case ) there's a note you can make to the embassy (email or call) or place on the DS forms for the embasssy to mention the two names and explain? That seems like my best bet hopefully USCIS will not make a fuss about it. I was able to look through all my W2s and 1040EZ tax documents and yes they`re all spelled as Erik. I find this very weird since all of the tax documents usually get verified by the Social Security number and my social security number is labeled as Eric. On the DS forms is there a part where it says "other names you go by" or something similar? would it be best for me to include Erik under that particular spot? Thanks for your help! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Last letter of my name misspelled on tax transcripts	There is a place (unsure of the i 129) in the forms you fill out as to other names you go by... like in mine i put my name im currently going by as the real one but bcos ive been divorced i also put my maiden name as well as my previously married name I should`ve seen this coming, in the past I have always labeled my name as Erik since its been stated in my Birth Certificate but ever since I`ve gotten my SS card and passport its been labeled as Eric. Me and my parents have never made a deal since there was never a issue when it came towards getting my drivers licence and college paperwork but now I fear that this may be a big problem since I`m dealing with Immigration. Now the problem here is that my name is spelled as Eric under my Social Security Card,Passport and Driver Licence . My Birth Certificate has my name spelled as Erik as well as the tax transcripts that I just received. On my I-129F packet I put my name as Eric since my passport is labeled under that name. Will this slight letter misspelling cause a issue when my fiance is presenting my tax transcripts to the CO? I will also be using a co-sponsor which will be my father since I am currently a student and am holding a seasonal job. Will they even care since they will be more focused on my father`s earnings? Assets only need to be listed when being used to make up for income shortfall. Since you a using a co-sponsor, you don't need to list your assets, either. Each embassy is different, so I can't speak yours persay, but USUALLY two of the following are required (in your dad's case) recent paystubs or letter from him employer and 1- 3 years of tax transcripts.
