Their NOA1 dates are May 16th and 17th.   This is goodnews!   On my group, only one got approval but the rest is initial review and no one transferred to TSC. All of our A# is June 3. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2013 filers	Just got my NOA2 hardcopy in the mail 8/10/13 also our two year anniversary of when we met..perfect gift for us we are so happy (actually august 11 in PI and august 10 for me here in the states) . ....no email or txt confirmation and no update on the USCIS case status at all...been checking daily for the last two weeks with all the may approvals we been seeing. Our NOA2 approval was 8/6/2013 NOA1 of 5/7/2013 Thank you everyone for all the updates and reviews. Such a helpful community. They have also put a note up saying vsc will no longer be processing new applications tsc will be doing it.   Im hoping they will touch our group because per online inquiry today, only one got approval and rest initial review.   I see also that there are some from March and April that still waiting for NOA 2, well waiting is hard to play but thanks because its helps a lot to become VJers.   Glad to see that those who have NOA 2 are still here and giving us so much hope! You you can try to check the case number before and after your case number. From there you can see the updates on on your group. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2013 filers	On August 7, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.     Aww.. I got transferred too just today.. I don't know if I should be happy or be nervous coz it could mean 2 things for me, either you get approved fast or you wait for months again? IDK what to think..   Anyway, all in my batch got transferred yesterday and today.. there were only 2 left in initial review.. June 5 and 6 Alien # changed..   Dont worry too much. think positive, at least we have more time to prepare all the docs we needed once NOA 2 arrives. It's even co fusing cos in between the i129f they have a bunch of other applications. Shouldn't they at least seperate them. Sometimes you could search forever looking for other i129f applications. My group is 15740 and there only 9 of us there before it goes to other forms that aren't i129f. And out of the lot of us one approval which I think maybe a expedite not sure though. Then two rfes that don't look like they are going to approve any time soon cos the first rfe sent their reply back since the 11th and still no update on their file. The second rfe has not replied back yet or if they have its not been updated. Amazingly numbers before 15740 and I mean loads are all diffrent applications. How do they keep up with all this? What kind of filling system do they have plus when it comes to adjucating do they mix i129fs with other files in one heap it makes you wonder. No wonder some people get lost in the system and end up waiting for a year or more. God help us all lol.   I just noticed that my case number is far from what you are discussing here.. We sent our application last May 20 and our NOA 1 is May 24 my case number is   XXXX390361XXX   seems my file is at the very far!!!!!!!! Edited by OF and LG, 28 July 2013 - 08:06 PM. It takes into account how many of you guys he is responsible for. I believe I saw it somewhere that 28,000 for a house hold of 3. Don't quote me on that figure though. But if its just you it's fine. When you get there you plan to work too right.   thanks.. I feel good now knowing we met the required income. But I will try to search for that and post it so we can help others who need it.   Yeah I will definitely work.. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2013 filers	This is off topic but I am just curious, my fiance is just earning 18USD per hour but he is full time , so he earns 144USD per day for 8 hours , so for one week he makes 720 USD. 52 weeks for one year he has an annual income of 37,440.00 USD. is that enough to meet the financial requirements??  please note that he is paying 800 USD per month for his 3 kids? his one kid will turn 18 on February next year so the child support would only be 400 USD for two kids.   Please help. We just file week ago and we ave NOA1 the question i ve my fiance living in a shelter and recieving foodstamp buh she has good job and she making it well in this matter i wanna knows if this won't effect us later buh so far she trying apartment to leave shelter. In the process idk if might cause us negative side to us. Again her income is doing gud so far is adding rapidly nearby 17k, Another thing bothering me is it accept to print online bankstatement as prove of supporting document or you most go to the bank they work it and the bank attach affidavite of support which different from online official form affidavite. Here again i thanks all the members in this forum and i'll be really appreciate for this issues. question too long buh i has tu tnx     in my opinion, I think its better that he proves that he can support himself without the help of government. Everything is still alright so far until you approval I-130 and transfer to NVC, you have an interview at your country and then you have to apply I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility (for waiver you are overstayed).
