K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2013 filers	Hello OF and OG. What date were you transferred to TSC? Please I will like to know the out come from your fiancé call to USCIS. We have the same NOA1 date. I am tagging along closely hoping to hear good news this week.   Hi Godsrule!  I was transferred last Sept. 4. yeak I am also hoping to get approval to this week. My group got REF and Approval and just really wondering why would i have this kind of update the fact the we never request for a change in address. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.   I wonder how long I have to wait for our verdict but its ok as long as I hear more good news here! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2013 filers	APPROVED!!   NOA2 text, email and app notification received this evening (well past when I'd think the Texas station was open, btw 8:15 pm central time). Hard copy is supposedly on its way.   My fiance and I were in the transfer group from VSC to Texas earlier this month.   I was also POSITIVE we were going to get an RFE.   So happy. Everyone stay positive! Approvals are coming your way!!  WOW!!!! thats good news!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Congratulations!!! omgggggg just got approved toooo! Guys check your case status! Another 4 September transfer here!!!!Ahhhhh! I am so nervous and excitedddd.   ohhh another one!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2013 filers	I am sure that all of you that are still waiting will get approved soon. I am not one that stays so positive but that my fiance was really positiv all the time helped so much. So I will try to pass that positive attitude on to you! I am sure that it is a really good thing to get transferred to Texas. They seem to really have this under control. Maybe those who got approved very very fast had to wait a little longer to get their case transferred to the NVC. But therefore all of you who are waiting will have a speed-walk through the NVC :-) So.... Chin up.... I am sure we will have more approvals soon.   I just came back from the US yesterday and I am still sooo upset that I had to leave again. But again... he is trying to stay positiv and strong for me. I am trying to focus on the things I need to do before I move to the States and I am going to prepare all the documents for the embassy.... Gotta do something to not go nuts.   Well.... I'm just thinking... we got approved last week and got an email that our case was send out to NVC yesterday. My fiance is filing out the affidavit of support form and is gatherin all the documents. I am sure he will send those to me within the next two weeks.... What if it takes 8 weeks until NVC sends out our case to my embassy? Do you guys think it will be a problem that all the forms and letters from his employer and bank etc. were dated end of September / beginning of October?   Being positve is the best weapon to win on this waiting game. Actually, I used to be postive since the beginning but there are times I feel so down but Im just glad my fiance is very supportive and never let me feel that he is away from me.   Im sad whenever I see that our thread is not on the top list of forum, so I think I have to post some message to make it alive again. Its nice to see that those who got approval are still here and giving as so much hope.   For the mean time I am savoring the time I  still have for family for it takes years for me to back here in Philippines. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2013 filers	I called USCIS again and was told they still have two months to process me but legally they can hold my petition for up to 11 months!!! she also stated that it is not certain if VSC will process the remaining petitions or transfer them later and that I will find out when a decision is made   It made me feel sad when I read this, I hope we get approval very soon. I used to be very positive since the beginning of this journey but I think I have to accept that fact that we cant be together this year. Anyway, we have to win in this game.
