K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Need your help Vj family	Hi VJ family,i need an info.again from you. My fiancee was laid off last October and he just got a job now.I am worried because i am sure that my interview is fast approaching but i still don't have any documents from him yet. Is the pay stub he had last October is still useful?The requirement is at least three recent pay stub. If i will schedule my interview in January can i still use it? Another thing, about the employer letter. Before i called the CSC because i wanted to change my address but then one of the representative there told my fiance that we can only do that when our file is already in NVC.My case was forwarded to the NVC last NOv.26 and my fiancee called the next day for my change of address. There they will give you a pink paper to sign and then you will need to submit all the documents that you got in your municipality from the NSO. Once you have done that you now have to wait two weeks before you return back there. (NSO WILL GIVE YOU A DATE TO RETUN BACK ) But it is always better to do what you can in person to speed this process up. Philippines	Co-sponser and manila embassy ????	Im looking for anyone who has had there visa either approved or denied using a co-sponser from there interview in the philippines. Ive been hearing conflicting stories about this embassy in manila. Does anyone know were I can find this info on the uscis website about having to use the I-134 at the interview ? If anyone has had used a co-sponser please share your experiences with us. I went to the immigration office today out here where I live and asked that same question. They told me that I only need to fill out that I-134 after she gets here in america. Its only for the adjustment of status . I dont think he was right in his answer because he had to go ask somebody my question. I just hope to find an answer soon . My fiancee and I will meet at Manila Airport but we don't know where we can meet... His flight is International while mine is Domestic or Local (our plane is Philippine Airlines) ... As petitioners, the majority of us are where we are going to be when our significint others join us. For our spouses, girlfriends, boyfriends, and their children, they are leaving the life they know behind, their friends, family, neighbors, the surroundings, good or bad, it takes a lot of courage no matter the circumstances. I told Naty to go out and take pictures of everything she sees everyday. The house and the neighbors, the salon she worked in for so many years. Anything and everything. This will be her history to reflect on and to remind her of home. Funny how even a photo of a doorway can tell a story years later. Having said that; is what I am bringing to the table, is it better?, is it worse?, is it worth the sacrifice on Naty's part? There is just no way to tell. Prayer and faith has taken us this far, It will have to take us the rest of the way. It has been 4 long years and during the last 2, we have been fortunate in that I was able to provide Naty with a laptop and webcam so we could chat anytime. There is just no way to oversell the importance of having daily contact. If you can do it, make it so. For Naty and myself, This part of the journey is coming to an end and a new and ever more challenging journey begins. We will marry on August 21st, 2009, exactly 4 years to the day when I first met Naty in an Internet cafe. For those of you still waiting. Keep your hopes high and you prayers loud and often. Believe in each other and more importantly, believe in yourself. Every storm ends, every mountain has a summit. For every setback there is a victory just in the offing. You will wake up one day with your sweetheart by your side sooner than you think. Gods speed. I couldnt believe my eyes and ears , she wasent joking and now im happy but also nervous because i still have no job. On September 8, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service. I think we have my brother as a co-sponser. I hope and pray he does this for us. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	What's up with CSC?	So what about some people get approved ahead of others? Sme petitions have problems or delays, we do not hold back others for this. If an adjudicator has problems, he puts that one aside or sends an RFE and goes on to the next. The next one may be clean and gets approved right away, in just a few minutes, they adjudicate 15-20 petitions a day per person, and the ones with problems may wait weeks for the petitioner to respond to the RFE, or maybe it is a name check they are waiting for. Petitions are assigned as they arrive, when we are working on those petitions, but they do not go out the door in the same order they came in. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Letter of Intent Questions	When writting a letter of Intent . The example at the top says (petitioner’s / beneficiary’s address) Are they asking for both names and address at the same time on both letters ? I just want to know if I need to put both of our names at the top of each letter or just my fiances name and address . This is how I did it so far. I made two letters of intent, one for her and one for me.`But I put both our names and addresses on the two letters. Is this wrong ? Can someone please advise me in the right direction ? I also have one last question on this subject. When it ask for Embassy address do i put the philippines address there that is Immigrant Visa Branch,United States Embassy 1201 Roxas Blvd., Ermita 1000, Manila or do i use From outside the Philippines: Immigrant Visa Branch, PSC 500 Box 26 FPO AP 96515-1000 USA ?????
