IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - May 2014	I called NVC late yesterday and finally the good news: Case Complete!   The agent told me that the petitioner (our daughter) will need to redo one more time the I-864 form (we already got a check-list once), because the amount in the I-864 form still does not match those in the 2 tax forms she submitted, however this was not another check-list, rather that she would have to give us the revised form in time for the interview.   Now waiting for confirmation email and appointment date at the Paris US Embassy...   Felicitations!!!!!!	etrangais	Male	Morocco	2014-05-17 14:21:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - May 2014	Just filed out the DS-261 form and went to the fee page (I know its to early still). Is it normal to receive this message? "This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately." Very normal! You will be able to pay the AoS fee soon, may be Monday or Tuesday. You will receive an email when the fee is invoiced. Looked at the new CEAC website, and of course under the supporting docs both for IV and AOS it shows N/A. Is there anyone out there that has something different?   Just curious i guess..   The screen shot below shows what I have and I know I have a case complete. I hope this means that Casablanca still has a lot of capacity for the month of June and that we will get a June Interview also. I can't wait for Monday and I hope we get a June interview also! They moved it from June 16th to June 5th!!!!! I'm so incredibly excited! I know it's only 11 days but it makes it so much easier for us as far as traveling and work and stuff! Yay!!! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - May 2014	I really don't want to wait for her to have to get the shots at her medical exam, as they cost a whole lot more than they normally would if you get them there.    The issue at hand is the fact that she is missing this one shot (if it's even required) and we're filling out the DS-260 right now and there's a question asking if she has all her vaccinations. Well, she'll have them by the time of the interview, so it's a dumb question because either way she'll have them. I'm not sure if we should answer "Yes" because she'll have them or "No" and explain she needs the one. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - May 2014	Hi all,    Can someone help me with this dilemma: I can't figure out if my wife needs the HIB shot (Haemophilus Influenzae Type B) or not. On the website in Saylin's guide that shows age appropriate shots it says she doesn't need it because she's over the age of 18. But then you go to this link www.uscis.gov/news/questions-and-answers/vaccination-requirements and it claims that she needs them all but doesn't mention any age category, only showing a blanket list. Any help?   My case: the doctors appointed by the Embassy/Consulate will tell you what's needed! I'm pretty sure they will tell you ALL vaccines listed are needed so that you pay top dollars, but I'd rather pay for all the shots even if not needed than being turned down at the interview. Can you point me some of these posts?   the thread is 235 pages and it will be time consumming for me to go over every page trying to find the posts. I'm only reporting what I read at some point. Sorry for the typo.   NVC case # assigned 5/09 Email to attorney with both AOS/IV invoices and instructions received 5/15. Still can't login to payment portal on 5/16.   I haven't seen any other mention of waiting 1-3 business days for the emailed invoiced fees to become "ready". It seems the first steps at NVC are different when using an attorney though. when using an attorney, you skip DS261 and Aos and IV fees are invoiced at the same time. lately, people mentioned the delay after they receive the email.	etrangais	Male	Morocco	2014-05-16 09:55:00
IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - May 2014	Has anyone run into the situation where you still get the "This case is in the process of termination..." error when trying to login to the payment portal AFTER your attorney received the email with the AOS and IV invoices + instructions?   I got my NVC case # assigned on 5/09 and the invoices were emailed to my attorney on 5/25 in the afternoon (EST). It's now almost 20h since she received the email and forwarded to me and I'm still getting the above error when trying to login to pay.   Thanks.   The dates you mentioned don't add up! I guess you meant case # assigned 5/09 and email received 5/15 but still can't pay. Lately it has been taking a week or a little more after case # assigned. After you get the email to pay the fees, it should take 1 to 3 business days for teh fees to be ready. I know my forms probably aren't ready yet I just wanted to visit the site and see what it looked like and get acquainted with it.   So is this normal for when waiting on forms and fees to become available? "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time"   Yes it is normal! Quick question - I called up the NVC and I didn't give over my email address (apparently she already knew it because she quoted it to me and I was like, sounds right!). In any case, do I just wait for an email now? I looked over the NVC wiki and I know I'm waiting for the first form DS something or other. Do I just sit back and wait for the emails to come now?     Hello everyone, I called NVC again this morning to ask them if my case number has been assigned. After waiting for about 40 mins, I was told that it has been assigned and when I asked for IIN number, the rep asked me back what it was, I gave her the full form of IIN. She gave me 7 digit number but told me that I won't be able to do anything with it. And she added that I have to wait for few weeks to receive email from them. I thought I had to wait for 30 days and they will give me whatever number I needed and that I would go ahead and take the next steps...I am not understanding why they're telling me to wait again? Any one here, please feel free to give me advise or share your experience...just when I thought the waiting game is almost over...It's making me angry instead and I can't do anything about it!    With the case # usualy comes the IIN # (Invoice Identification Number). You need both to log in into ceac.state.gov where you can check if your DS261 and AoS fee are ready. Usually it takes couple of days of case # is assigned for DS261 and AoS fee to be ready, but sometimes they are ready rioght away. You can go ahead and try. I tried to request from IRS, but they told me the return transcripts for year of 2013 will not available till June 15.   Thanks.   if you can't get the transcripts, you'll have to use the 1040 tax return you've got from your accountant.
