IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2014 Interviews	Thank you! That makes total sense. I'm counting on an August interview at this stage, all I can think is we missed the cut-off by one business day - I told my husband a few months ago that's probably what would happen! I'll be shocked if I squeak by (I highly doubt it, though)!   Samething happened to me last May. I got CC on 15-May and the last interview scheduled for Morocco (reported in VJ) was 15-May for June. I had to wait until end of May for a July interview. We are so happy, this was a long journey and we are thankful that these wonderful resources were here to guide us!   below is our story from this morning at the interview! hope it makes sense! our interview was scheduled for 930am but we got there early 1 - walked in at 830am 2 - token at 844am asked for DS260 and interview letter and passport 3 - first indian guy already had our file, asked for the interview letter and looked at passport and asked about our trip to Thailand, asked where is your wife, when did she come to india and when is she flying back. when were you in the US last. were you married before, was your wife married before. 4 - wait from 930am to 1045am. 5 - american guy called his token number and asked him to take oath and give fingerprints again, who is calling you, where did you meet, where does she work, where did you get married, how many people attended the wedding, were your parents there and were her parents there, did your family approve the marraige, did your parents try to get you fixed to any other indian girl before marrying your wife, where does your wife live in US and where was she born, show me your wedding pics, congrats approved you will get it in a week, thank you   Congratulations!!!!!!!	etrangais	Male	Morocco	2014-06-18 09:51:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2014 Interviews	i have a question, on the ceac tracking the status shows in transit, but i cant track it... i dont know when my shipment went... i found one package thats going to ireland, but nothing tio the uk... is this normal?   some times it takes couple of days to show in the system. It shows "In Transit" when NVC send's it out, but it will not show in the DHL system until it is actually picked up and processed. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2014 Interviews	I have a question everyone!!    I am getting ready to schedule my mom's medical appointment.  How do we obtain the medical form??? Is this something that will be sent to us or do we download it??     the embassy usually designs two or three doctors for the medical exams. The designated doctors have all the forms.   If you check on your embassy requirements on travel.state.gov, you'll find out what is needed. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2014 Interviews	Husband called to make his medical appointments today and was surprised to find out  that they don't make appointments. Walk-in only.. They told him it doesn't take long at all. They only asked him to bring a photo. They don't need the interview letter either. So Monday he will take a road trip to the city and hopefully get all three done .  He is so happy !!!  They day he goes to pick up the packet from the embassy, he can get the police cert done.     I told my boss I was taking a week off in July.... I actually got a congratulations from her....    go figure !!!   Now I just need July to get here !!   As mush as I need July to get here as fast as possible, I need every day of this month! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2014 Interviews	I keep hearing about biometrics from you guys but haven't gotten any info on it from the interview letter or embassy. My country's embassy reviews say nothing either. Can I assume if needed this will be done at the interview?       Keep in mind that the OP is from Senegal. I know this is required for US Posts in India. I wonder where else in the world pre-interview scanning of biometrics is required.   Same thing for Morocco, there is no mention for fingerprints or biometrics. So I immediately checked the ceac website and it says ISSUED!!! Yay! I'm so relieved. I'm feeling a bit foolish for freaking out on Friday. But thank you everyone for all the support. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2013 I-130 Filers	I decided today to put in a SR and because I couldn't do it online myself I called customer service.    The lady tried and said I'm sorry but I can't put one in for you because your case is under normal processing time. I said whats up with the 60 day transfer notice. She said NSC is processing April 2013 petitions. I said thats not true coz last time a tier 2 officer told me they are processing June 2 2013 (which was about 7 days ago).   She said she didn't have any further information on my case. Its for sure going to be mid April for me and all others whose priority dates/ transfer dates are around me.    PD- 07/11 TD- 01/03 to NSC. I am @ day 62 today and considering to put in a service request by calling customer service tomorrow.    Any thoughts/ ideas??? Go for it and don't believe the bs about service requests holding your case.
