IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2013 I-130 Filers	I have a crazy/funny update and I don't know what to do with it: I'm not sure what to believe now: I just got of the phone with a tier 2 in regards to my application I-129F for a K3. I was told (by a USCIS tier 2) to call back after 26th of December (5th months of I-129F was filed). I called them today for a service request and here is what they told me: They are actually processing I-129F for K3 filled on or before July 3rd and that I would hear something (decision) on my I-129F within a month from now.   Now, I know for sure that they are not processing I-129F (for K3) alone, but they process them along with the associated I-130. To make things even crazier, the agent asked me for my I-130 application number since she can't say on her system, which leads me to think that my I-130 and I-129F are not joined and that they may be processed separately.   I really don't know what to believe or what not to believe now, but all I hope is that they actually pull the I-129F (and hopefully the I-130) and process them.   Anyway, I have to wait for the service request answer in two weeks to actually shed a little bit of light on where my applications stand.   Good luck to everybody.   I'll keep you posted if I get any updates on my cases.	etrangais	Male	Morocco	2013-12-30 16:20:00

Hang in there buddy, yours will be approved soon enough.         I agree 100%!!! I am a July filer myself and everyday I tell myself that I'll get something via text or email but nothing so far! no transfer, no approval! basically no action at all! I hope we hear something soon! Showing evidence would definitely help but it is not a "must-have". Also, chances of getting straight denial are very rare as they can't just outright deny the petition. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2013 I-130 Filers	July filer here.  Interview with spouse in front of ISO was last Dec. 5, 2013 at NYC Federal Plaza.  Today I got an update saying "Card/Document Production".  "On December 16, we ordered production of your new card.. blah...blah...blah....  A few hours later, the update changed to:   "On December 16, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2013 I-130 Filers	I sent a fax to my congresswoman for my I-130 and I-129 F, and here is the reply I got:   "After a review of our systems it was found that Case MSC 13 915 8XXXX, Form I-129F and Case MSC 13 915 2XXXX, Form I-130 filed by XXXXXXX on behalf of XXXXXXXX are currently pending.  Both cases will be adjudicated together.  The estimated processing time for I-130 petitions is an additional six months from today?s date.  These delays are due to workload factors not related to your constituent?s case.  USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner.  We regret any inconvenience that results from delays in processing."   Basically a bunch of #######!!! useless waste of time and ressources.   my PD is July 17, still no action!!!	etrangais	Male	Morocco	2013-12-11 13:55:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2013 I-130 Filers	I also don't rely on the dates listed on the processing times however I do believe that USCIS understands very clearly that their incapability to manage our cases in a respectable timeframe is not being tolerated!   So everyone, I suggest if you haven't already done so, read up on the next step which is the NVC stage. Get all your information and supporting documentation together to cut down on any unnecessary waiting once you get your NOA2.      It's one thing to blame USCIS for their ridiculous lack of efficiency, and we are right to do so but too many people are getting RFE's because of missing documents, and this for the most part can be prevented.  The immigration process is frustrating enough thanks to USCIS; don't make it worse by not being prepared         nicely said!!!!!!!	etrangais	Male	Morocco	2013-11-20 18:02:00
