Yes you may get an RFE but still... 60 days is a long time to wait! we've been waiting for months now!!!!!!! it is just driving me crazy! most of us waiting for approvals hate weekends. IOnce on Friday, I want Monday to come fast so that they get back to work on the petitions! isn't that crazy? we work all week and still can't even enjoy the weekend!!!! Alos, CSC processes petitions in 2 to 3 weeks, Texas a little longer than that. But NSC takes the full 60 days in most cases!!!! this is nuts!!!!!!!!! I hope the recently transferred files to NSC don't make it to the stock room and go straight to the adjudication offices! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2013 I-130 Filers	Don't loose hope.  CSC may be slowed down too as I myself and a couple more are just sitting and waiting now almost a month from transfer.  I read they did a workload transfer for employment adjustment/extension to California...so it may have actually slowed California too.  Don't loose hope. I'm really about to crack down right now! I know I have another 2 months to go (at least), so, nothing to be excited about! but anyway, thanks I'll try to keep my head out of the water! For example, I checked the time line for "Terry J" who was transferred to NSC on 9/12/13. Hopefully they will keep up the pace they've been keeping! Anyone know what this means? Please contact the Premium Processing phone number at 1-866-315-5718 for inquiries. The 15-day Premium Processing Clock does not start until the correct office receives the application or petition. I called the number listed and it said that it is only for premium processing only and would not give any information at all about where my I-130 was transferred. the regular number said that it was transferred to Lee Summit (NBC) but I know this only a glitch in the system. Just found out my file was sent to California Service Center! Pretty happy about that! Hopefully they will keep up the pace they've been keeping! Anyone know what this means? Actually got like three messeges and 2 emails so far. When i called them, the voice prompt told me it is at Lee summit, Missouri? Did anybody else's i 130 went there like me? Does anyone have any idea about how long does it take after the i  130 gets transferred there?   Lee Summit MO is NBC. So no, the system is wrong or not updated yet. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2013 I-130 Filers	This process is like hell, when your check is cashed and you get NOA1 you jubilate, when you get transfered its a great reason to pop some champagne and when you are finally approved you'll scream yayyyyyy!!! You get a case number at the NVC stage you'll call your spouse while screaming halleluyah! Thats not all, the almight interview still awaits you especially when you are from certain countries with red flags by default and likely to face denial or 24 months in AP. I just hope one unites with his/her family with a healthy heart after all this troubles. The third email will say that the petition is transferred to a USCIS SERVICE CENTER where it will be processed. We will find out what service center when we got the hard copy of the transfer in the mail. All the transfer letters have a supplemental letter attached to them about the 60 days processing time. But don't panic, some get approved in couple of weeks, some take the full 60 days and very few go way over that. Anyone know when that will come (ballpark)? from what I read on this forum, it usually comes in consecutif days. But sometimes in two or three days apart.  I got my first transfer email/text last night at 06:30PM and the second email/text this morning at 08:30AM. Still wiating for teh third wave. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2013 I-130 Filers	Congratulations etrangais on your transfer.  It specifically catches my attention as thanks to your posting regarding calling about your I-129F (after 5 months), it reminded me that we are now at the same point.  My US husband will contact them today -if he can get through   I'm hopeful that it might lead to a transfer or some attention to our petitions, as your case may imply.   Good luck and speedy processing to all! it is worth the try. If they refuse to transfer him to speak to a tier 2, ask him to tell them that a tier 2 asked him to call back if he does not hear anything about the I-129F after 5 months and they will transfer him. However, instead of it saying 'transferred to another office', this time it reads 'transferred to your local office'. So Cleveland it is then, right? Wonder if that's a good thing or not. Guess we'll just have to wait and see... The third wave of emails will specify that the petitions are transferred to a USCIS service center. They stopped transferring petitions to local offices in October I think. So it will be either: Texas, California or Vermont.   I'm hoping we get transferred to California.
