IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	No facts, BUT from what I have read here at VJ, the TSC seems to have less of a work load than CSC, You and I have the same PD, but you have not updated your timeline?  I still have not received a transfer notice-- you got your formal letter pretty quick- WHEN I get my transfer notice I hope I get my letter that quick also.  Correct me if I am wrong but NOW you are waiting for a CASE Number and your INVOICE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER -- that would be the next step for you yes or no?  then after you have that information you can submit your AOS and pay the fee?  correct?   NOT YET! The I-130 is not approved yet. It just has been transferred from NBC to TSC, still with USCIS. TSC now will work on the application. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	I just got the "On February 13, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN."    Update.  I think this means someone has started to work on my file. But a little scared now that those who got the quick approvals didn't see this :-(   Anybody else got this update?    I also got this update on my 129F application within a few days of sending it, but that was them combining the two applications together. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	I have a question: on the hard copy of the transfer notice I have nothing in the "priority date". We only have "receipt date" (Aug 13) and "notice date" (Feb 5). Is this a problem we do not have a priority date? Maybe it is because of our 130 and 129f submission?     I don't have a priority date either   The PD date remains the same! it is not affected by the transfer. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. Yay waited half a year for a room transfer.... We filed from overseas, may be why. PS. PD Aug 6, filed i-129f in Jan. Transferred on Feb 3rd.   I will not believe that! most of the time, the customer service reps don't know what they are talking about. Wait for the hard copy of the transfer. You will be perhaps notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. We will also tell you we will take action in 60 days, however please ignore this as it is #######. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	So if that is the case, then my petition is actually there today at whichever Service Center is going to process it.  Correct?   Just want to make sure I am clear on this.   So the 60 days begin today. the last update in teh USCIS website should read the following at the end of the transfer process:   "The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. Love myTico - are you still waiting at the service centre?   We are STILL sat at NVC waiting and waiting for bills to be invoiced, so even through we've got NOA2, we aren't going anywhere else fast! Praying we'll all be with our spouses by the end of 2014   x       I guess we all knew NVC will become a bottle neck at some point! Going to call the medical centre to make my appointment and then I can go online and fill out the letter of readiness. Have no idea when I'll get my interview. Am ready to attend the medical on the earliest possible date available. I guess the medical is for the I-129F, is it the case? I'm trying to stay positive.   I told my husband about the glitch in the system and the Alien Registration number change  etc.... I feel like I should have kept my mouth shut because now he is very hopefully that we will hear something today. I hate to disappoint him....   I am touched by the support that came through this thread yesterday.. You are all wonderful people. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	this is the message I received early this morning from the Senator's office.   The case is with an officer.  A decision should be made next week.   Thank you, Rachel   I didn't tell her about the A-number change until after she sent this.   What is the longest wait for an approval AFTER getting that notice of A-number change?????   . I think I'll be waiting the standard 60 days for an approval. ( going by what has happened so far in this long #### process)   it is usually couple of hours or next day. I hope it happens today since you got the update midnight! Why I think is that once the adjudicator is done with the petition, they confirm it in the system, which sends the A number change message, and then a second verification of the adjudicato's checklist gets teh final approval by a second person.   just my guess, but I hope you get approvedd shortly!	etrangais	Male	Morocco	2014-03-13 12:04:00

I just had a horrible thought..... what if I get an RFE???  that would kill me...   Husband just sent me a message. He is coming back down the mountain.. I told him about the A-number email this morning..  he doesn't believe it ...  he says   mmmm maybe....  I guess until he sees the approval he doesn't want to get his hopes up.  I was trying to NOT say anything but I couldn't help it.   I remember telling everyone who wrote about getting the A-number email that their approval is coming shortly.. Now I just can't believe its me that is waiting... 11 months and 1 day is too long of a process...  so far I've never heard of anybody geting an RFE after the A-number is changed message. Not sure what day the NVC received it but they received the 130 on 11th FEB so I assume it was the same date for the 129. It was sent to the embassy on 25th FEB . So it was pretty quick! Thank you very much! But you know what? Today is all about LoveMyTico! Today is their that! Can't wait to celebrate their approval! He is so far that he doesn't have cell service. He has been gone since yesterday morning.  I told him we would get our approval while I wasn't able to reach him on the phone.( of course being sarcastic)   His reaction to that was " yea right"  so I hope that approval comes through sometime this morning so I have something good to tell him when he gets home this afternoon.  I know he won't believe me...  HA HA   Please update us as soon as you get your approval! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	This is what I got from my congressman after I haven't heard anything from him so I decide to re-emailed AGAIN and I got this response.   I just received this from USCIS.  We extend the courtesy of 30 days to agencies to respond to our inquiry.  Depending on the nature of the inquiry, responses may be received sooner or later. USCIS records show that your constituent?s I-130 petition was received on April 26, 2013 at the National Benefits Center (NBC) and transferred from the NBC to the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) on November 26, 2013.   At this time your constituent?s case is assigned to an adjudications officer.  Although assigned, we cannot predict the date on which the adjudications process may be completed.   If your constituent has not received a decision or other notice of action on this case within 30 days from the date of this email, please contact us for an update.   Thank you,   Congressional Liaison Specialist U. S.
