I also wanted to correct my other answer about putting your name on question 34.
I read it better and i think you DO wanna put your name there and I DO NOT think it will be a red flag!

I don't think u have to put your name there...I think is reserved for agency (like lawyers) that take care of your paperworks

2) She has a 7-year old daughter. Does she need to fill out both the DS-230 Part I and DS-230 Part II for her daughter?
I think that for her daugher (if she will come to the USA with her mum) she will need to fill up just form DS 156

Hello everybody! I hope you all had a nice Christmas!
I will have my interview on Thusday and I'm getting very nervouse! =)
On my packet 3 they wrote me that I will need 4 passport pics...I was just wondering if I have to glue 2 of them to the 2 DS 156 form? Or should I just bring them with me and they will do it at the embassy? Or is it going to be 2 pics for the 2 DS 156 + other 4 passport pics?! Thank you again guys!!

Cuz I think if u have a pair of nice new jeans it can give a good impression as well without showing that u dressed up just for the occasion.

It means if you are Terminated you cannot use that paper for anything. So you lose your residency by termination from USCIS/DOS and you can no longer use that paper to come and go from the US.

Hey guys! I filed my ROC in June and received my NOA1. Im planning to travel to Italy in August and from what I've understood with an Expired GC and my NOA1 I will have not trouble traveling internationally. I don't understand this thou..on my NOA1 it also says:(This extension and authorization for employment and travel does not apply to you if your conditional resident status has been terminated)...what do they mean with this? anybody have a clue? Maybe is for people that ile ROC after the GC already expired?! Thanks or your help and advices!

This thread has been quiet lately. I just completed DS260 plus I sent the iv packet last Thursday and got the 60 days email this morning. Well I am now just relaxing and waiting on case complete hopefully no checklists. Come on NVC speed the bus up for us please.

Why are they taking so long to review the AOS package! I am getting frustrated. September I will be five months pregnant seems as if my baby will be born here adding additional wait time. Rrrrrrrr

I see an option to print document cover sheet and when I print it. It has the applicant which is me, the petitioner name, payment says in progress, who payed it, transaction number. Is that the barcode?

Hi guys after paying the AOS fee does it have to say paid first before you can print the barcode? I just paid online however I do not see any barcode to be printed. Only the AOS Fee Receipt Details.

Guys I received my case and invoice number today after calling and I also filled out the ds261 form, submitted it and print confirmation sheet. What would be the next step after payment, won't pay today though.
