USCIS Service Centers	Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!	I put in a service request today. I'm not hopeful it will yield any tangible results. Well done! I did it yesterday too... Even if we feel lije it doesnt do anything, at least with that they notice that we r not ok with what they r doing. Is our right being able to complain so we all need to do it. To be honest with you i think i even toke too long to do it... My fiancee was just telling me "keep being patient, eerything is going to be alright, we just gotta go thru the process... But i just couldnt take it anymore!!!! We will hear sonething soon!! What we gotta do to try to speed up next part of the process is start getting ready some stuff for the interview and further steps! Maybe that keeps us pushing!!! HOPE TO EVERYBODY!!! Hard to control it, and I know I was trying to make heads of it too. You can do certain things to help push it along, but until you're outside the processing window you are left to wait for the system. Hang in there, we all are, and we will all get there. After you get your NoA2 at least things will become more clear. You start to see the wedding, the house, the dog, and being to live the the life you are looking forward too. Im I doing too much trying to controll timmingss... I know anything in here has sence but i guess Im trying to make it have some... Does anybody knows how many people got approved yesterday? I saw another forum started outside of this one that talks about the same and people post when they get approved... this people just dont know that they are playing with our lifes and future... My fiance just trust a lol american system and he feels confident about it and keeps me positive but is just so difficult... And plus thinking that this is not the end... Then I woke up and checked and it was still in initial review. How I was shaking and crying in the dream wohooo can only imagine how it will be when we really will be approved .      I feel like by the end of the months meaning maybe end of next week we will be all having our approvals!!  OMG!! ive been having the same day for the last couple of days!!! Ive been waiting for more than 6 months!! And i feel like we need an answer ASAP or ill go crazy!!! I agree with you! Hopefully by the end of thr month!! No more than that please!!! Once you submit the evidence requested and a decision is made, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. Oh ok! CONGRATS TO ALL THAT RECEIVED THEIR APPROVAL.   At 2pm today I got an email from USCIS.  OMG, as I was reading it I knew what it was all about.  Weeks ago I had noticed that we didn't include a letter of Intent to Marry.  I got an RFE.  But that's OK.  I'm READY and as soon as I get the hardcopy I'm overnighting it.    EVENTHOUGH IT'S AN RFE.  I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY.    GOD IS GREAT Hi!! Congratulations!!!!! What your status said? I thinking i might get an RFE also. But like you say, anything at this point is positive. A friend of mine got an RFE less than a month ago and it only toke 10 days to getthe approval from receivig the RFE (it was because they didnt send the pics like they needed to) (the same one i might get) Thanks!!! Receipt date: December 10th!!! Anybody else with same receipt date?  I just filled in a e-request also!!! Hope it does something!!! I'm actually thinking i might get an RFE cause I've sent my passport pictures too small...(HOW DUMB I AM?????) A friend of mine had to re send them also and from getting RFE till she got approve it was only 10 days!! USCIS Service Centers	Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!	i was just simply stating that there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the approvals and it seems that trying to make sense of the numbers is just confusing more people and really just giving the last 3 digits of the number really doesnt help anyone in determining anything.   Angelina, i do agree with you that the approvals are not in any specific order, thats why i said that we should just focus on getting approvals, no matter how they come.   Sorry if i offended anyone with my opinion and just for the record this is an open forum where we can state our opinions, and i dont think that people need to criticize anyone for stating their own opinions.  Thats why we have a Constitution!   Angelina thanks for all of your hard work with your representatives in your state and trying to get us answers, it is much appreciated. and i agree with the other person that you should get your approval next.   Just want to send everybody a lil bit of positiveness... Strictly4theluv, we do have pretty similar journeys!  My NOA1 date is also December 12th!  It also really frustrates me to be told that Vermont is still working on October 15... that's what I have been told repeatedly by customer service.  The other day when I was talking to a rep, I tried to reason with him by saying, "Well I can also see on the website that is says Vermont is on October 15th.  I can also see that it was last updated on March 31st, 2 and a half months ago.  So, doesn't it stand to reason that they are actually working on much later petitions?"  To which he just replied, "Yes.  But that's the only update I have here."  So, essentially he admitted that date is BS.  I submitted a service request a few days ago, but based on what I read here, that will get me nowhere.  My next step is to contact my local representative, who I actually voted for so I feel (maybe naively) hopeful about her.  That's on the list for the weekend.  I'll update if that helps at all.    Hey! Yes! yesterday I told them the same thing... Idk why that people is even answering the phone if the same thing they say is already online and on top of this the online info is not even close to be updated... So yeah, is a pretty big BS!!!! For what I see, from a friend that just got approved at Vermont, they are processing late november cases, so it makes sense that some of december fillers (transfered to texas) have been approved in here lately... We just not having luck at all by now!! LOL... they skipping us... I didn't submit any service request yet...cause I've been reading here that takes a couple weeks for them to even answer you...IDK...probably if I don't hear anything by the beginning of next week i'll go ahead and do it. I am curious...what date did you file....   Hi Angelina!! My case was received December 10th, and NOA1 notice date December 12... My fiancee got the letter on the mail on June 02 (with may 29 date on it) about the transfer to texas... and no news since then. I didn't try to reach at my congressman or anything else because my fiancee is working a lot and idk if me being the beneficiary can do it or he has to do it...  Anyway I called USCIS and they doesn't say anything different: they had transfer cases in order to be able to clear big backlog in vermont...but anything else... At the same time they told us that right now they are processing (in vermont) cases of 15th of october, witch i know that that is not true cause a friend of mine sent hers in november and she just got her approval yesterday. So they are a lil bit ahead of october...  When we told her that january and february fillers were already approved in vermont she said that that is probably because they paid extra money for their case to go faster or they have some special reasons like health, some type of urgency that can make their case move faster...but that that should't happen. At the same time today I got a message from another friend of mine filling in february that got approved today!!! Her case was in California center, though...  SO FRUSTRATING!!!! Is just a lot of taking and no movement!!!!   Hope we hear something soon!! But definetly it looks that me and you are pretty much in the same situation... Knowing that others are in the same situation it doesnt help as far as time but it does help a lot as far as peace of mind...   Anything I find out I'll post it!! I'm the American here, but let me tell you, we all feel your pain.  This process is HARD and some days I get desperate.  It won't be any easier until he is here with me.  We've been together for a long while now, and lived together in various places... but mostly long distance, so I'm certainly not new to this pain and frustration.  I just think that our fate being in the Government's hands adds that extra kick in the gut sometimes.  We are December filers, and our goal is for him to move here by October.  I still think that's reasonable, but some days I even get panicked that it's not going to happen.  We've also planned a wedding for November (I know, I know... not the wisest thing...) and I also feel guilty sometimes about the expense, and all the people that already know about it (naturally we haven't sent out invitations or anything, but still)... but we're not alone... None of us are!  I'm so glad I have Visa Journey some days, and all the incredible people on it!   Also, in answer to your question about visiting, I've visited my foreign fiance twice in the past 5 months, and now we're just waiting for that approval... but some days I have to stop myself just putting a plane ticket I can't afford on my credit card and running to him! Sek298, i totally agree with you and my love hisory is pretty similar to yours. We've been together for a while and lived together for certain periods of time while my american fiance was working overseas, but we've been in the distance for long periods of time also so I know what it is and how painful it can really be. Is been almost 5 years of traveling back and forth, distance, not distance...and even if I'm already a lil bit used to distance I'm just so over all this mess... During this process since we started in december we've been seing each other. He moved back from Spain to the States to start working over there in december. I visited him in march and now i'm currently in the states again with him untill next monday that i'll be going back to Spain. So, Vivalagloria, if you have the change I've visited my fiancee twice while we are waiting for the visa and there's no problem to do it. No trouble at all at costums.   So, now ones I go back to spain I hope we hear something really really soon!! Or I'll go crazy. I'm planning on moving to the states in october also...Hope that is posible!!!    So, well keep being positive (if thats posible) and cross our fingers for something good to happen.   Good to meeting you everybody and hear about your experiences!!   :-)   Ours also still says May 30th.   At the start of this process I was so hopeful that I would be able to go to America in the summer, and that we'd be able to get married and have a lovely summer together. Now it's starting to feel like it'll be much longer... I'm sad   How do you all cope with this? I just got back from my local office on an infopass.   3 weeks ago, they did a service request for me. I havent recieved it yet in the mail and they say that it should come in 2 weeks. SO I go to the window and explain this and she scans my paper work jumps up to the copy machine and hand delivers a copy for me. Why is it that the local office have better information center than the USCIS customer service center!!!!! The service request did not tell me anything new..
