lol i did that and got a bunch of other peoples' cases!
thats what frustrated me so much...i'd put in something, it'd bring up a page i would look at the date and go DAMMIT! blush.gif

Ha Ha but it doesnt mean i will get approved quickly, someone on here is in November filer in vermont and still waiting for approval. So there doesnt seem to be any reason to know why some get appoved quickly and some dont. If you know let me know lol

Yep they are only based on the timelines in VJ, mine started saying 18th June and now says 26th May but thats only because of the quick approvals

Im not sure about that as each consulate has different processes. you may like to ask in the Italian portal where people will have gone through the process and can give you better advise than I.

The USCIS Call Center is a 3rd party company that handles calls for Uscis
They have no access to the status of your information , they just read from the scripted messages given to them. Most cases they may just read what your status says online. rose.gif
