I noticed too that at the point of entry the entered data based on my visa. I'd think that its best to have a clarification from the embassy. My mum passed her interview today, Im happy she will be with me . I havent done my wrapped favors yet( Waiting on mum to get me some african artwork to add to). Its all about the frustrations of this process and long distance between us and our loved ones. I left home a week after i got my visa and as much as i was excited about coming to be with my fiance, i was sad and torn inside the pain () leaving my family behind. My mum's sad eyes and my sisters tears still linger in my mind. I know she was happy for me but i think just the long distance to be was finally a reality. My jaja ( grandmum) said a prayer on phone, before i switchedit off. I have been a flight attendant for 5 years until i quit to join my fianc'e , i enjoyed TAKEOFFS the most but this timeround i was ripped apart as I TOOK OFF!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2008 fillers	Chicago is a fairly big airport and at first it was a bit confusing but we asked for directions on where to queue and on which counter to go to. The first to attend to us didnt know wht to do with K -1 so we were sent to another counter. The second gentleman was pleasant and he only asked me one question - If I had children. He then told me that i have up to the 23rd of May to adjust my status and i would get the cocntents of the brown envelope in my mail. The weather wasntr friendly to my skin and i had cracks initially, i bought baby oil to mix with my regular lotion but that didnt help much. I had to buy a humidifier since the air int he house is a bit dry. I love the weather now , i sleep a lot ( i guess to cover for the hustles and bustles back at home.)
