As for the other evidence, we can provide a better answer, if you can tell us what exactly is written in RFE. I know they tend to be generic but sometimes they give a good idea of what exactly an adjudicator wants to see. And it'll be great if you can list what exactly you guys sent in your original packet.       What the paragraph in the RFE states is  "The conditional permanent resident (CPR) filed a Form I-571 with our office. The (CPR) provided some evidence of marital bona fides. However, the documentation submitted is insufficient because of the following: 1. There was no evidence of a joint residence submitted. 2. The bank statements were incomplete; transaction pages were missing. 3. W-2 forms were not submitted with the tax returns. To establish eligibility for removal of conditional status, it is required that additional documentation be submitted. Documentation should reflect names of both the conditional  permanent resident and the U.S citizen spouse. In addition, the documentation should cover the period of time from the date of the marriage to the present date, or the date when the marriage was terminated through divorce, separation, or death. Such examples may include, but are not limited to the following: (HERE THEY LIST EVERYTHING THEY USUALLY LIST WHEN ASKING FOR EVIDENCE)"     In my original packet this is my Index:   - Form I-751 - Check with the amount $590 - Copy of Green Card - Copy of marriage license - Copies of Life Insurance policies listing each other as beneficiaries - Copy of Investment account listing each other as beneficiaries - Copies of Joint Taxes filed for 2012 - Photos of us together - Copies of reservations of trips taken together - Copies of random joint bank account statements - Copies of random joint mobile phone bills - Copy of Joint Credit Card and California IDs - Affidavit letters from Priest, Family and Friends	Gar	Not Telling	Lebanon	2014-02-08 16:10:00

I'm also gonna do our taxes this coming week for 2013 and send those as well.   it's disappointing getting this especially when I submitted life insurance policies a ton of pictures and vacation proof together and investment accounts along with 4 affidavits from friends a priest and family.    For the past year, I lived away from my wife because of my college being in CA and her work being in LA. But I'm sure we aren't the only married couple in the world that had to adjust to circumstances. I now graduated and am moving back to live together, just working on setting up a business in Louisiana before I quit my current job. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 October 2013 Filers	I unfortunately received an RFE yesterday which only means that I have to wait longer.  They asked for full bank statements I only provided the first page so I don;t overwhelm them with paperwork.. and I guess with our joint taxes we didn't provide the W2's in which case I didn't work that year because I was attending college, and my wife works as a 1099. Also I didn't give them a lease agreement because we don't have one.   Do you suggest I write a letter explaining why we don't have a lease agreement and utility bills? It's indeed interesting that your transfer notice says that even though you haven't done your biometrics yet. This article on the USCIS website explains the wording on the transfer notices to mean that the biometrics portion has been successfully transferred.   Either they are just using this case type for all the transfer letters now, someone made a mistake, or you've done biometrics recently enough that they already have your "current" prints/photo in the system.    You could ask about it when you go for your biometrics appointment and see what they say (please report back if you get an answer!), but it has nothing to do with whether or not you get pulled for an interview later as according to the article I linked above, they haven't even looked at your petition at the time of the transfer. Thanks you. That's why I'm confused, I haven't had biometrics in two years, since I received the conditional GC. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 October 2013 Filers	Hello,   I just joined VJ a yesterday because of a google search about a CRI89 notification I received in the mail about it being transferred to California Service Center after I filed at Vermont Service Center. I applied for the ROC on 10/18/13 NOA received on 10/21/13 Biometrics appointment is scheduled on 11/25/13   The thing that's boggling my mind is that the transfer notice is dated 11/18/13   How is it possible that it says CRI89 Approved Removal of Conditions in the case type and I still haven't done my biometrics??? Canada	Naturalization!!!	Just heard from my DH - he passed his interview and will be naturalized the day before his Basic training graduation!!! I'm sooooo pumped to have this whole thing done and over with!! All these frustrations with USCIS and all those idiots - *never* have to talk to them *again*!!!! Now hopefully the next time I do anything with any immigration, it will be the process for my Canadian citizenship!!! (of course, because of the long drive I will have to make to see him, I've stayed up over 24 hours to get myself on a day schedule - but now after hearing all this good news, I cannot get to sleep!! haha!! But I don't care!!!! I'm so happeeeeee!!!! Sorry...will resume acting like an adult now...maybe congratulation to you both, I will be so glad when I am at that point! Does it mean USCIS touched our case after the fingerprint was completed however nothing new has happened to the case status? Did this happen to any of you too? Thanks. So I mailed off my I751 last week (priority, delivery confirmation and all), I was already behind in mailing it (one month) and my package still has not been delivered....my green card expires July 7th.. My package still shows that it's on it's way to it's destination. I have called usps twice, once on Thursday and the guy said that someone would look into it for me, he gave me a confirmation number and said I would be called back in 2 business days, that never happened. So I just called now and at first the woman said that it's showing that it's being verified by a 3rd party or something......so I started getting very upset saying "Uh this is my entire life!!!" and so she put an express urgent note on it and said I would be getting a call within 1 business day as to the whereabouts of my package, she also flagged it as extremely important....I then asked her again where my package was and she said at this point she doesn't know.....and I asked her about the third party thing and she said she never said that......what?!? am I imagining things??? I am FREAKING here, what the hell do I do? Do I put together a whole new package and mail that off? I mean, this is unreal!!!! Should I contact someone at USCIS... I am having a heart attack here!!!! I called and asked about this but the girl couldn't give me an answer. What's been your experience? I FOUND A PACKET ON THIS SITE THAT GIVES YOU GREAT INSTRUCTION TO GET EVERYTHING READY. SHOULD I STILL GO TO A PROFESSIONAL? The time to file to remove conditions is within the 90 day window before your 2 year green card expires, most people here do it themselves following the guides. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 sent 92 days before, but check cashed yesterday???	Hello, everyone. Today is my first time in Visajourney. My name is Andy, I am glad to be here. I dont know if someone has lived the same situation than me or knows someone who did. I got confused with the dates before sending my Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, and, instead of sending 90 days before my GC expires, I sent it 3 months before. I forgot that some months have 30 days, while another has 31 and my package was sent on June 1st, as I should have sent on June 4th, because my GC expires on September 1st. So, I have been waiting for my package back, but it did not arrive at my home yet. But, curiously, the VSC cashed the check yesterday. The question is: is it possible they send me the package back and have cached the check??? I want to believe that they forgave the 92 days and, once they cashed the check yesterday, my extention letter (noa1) is on the way... But I really do not understand: I did the mistake to send it 2 days before the 90 days and, if they would send me my package back, why would they cash the check? I think the check should come with the process back, dont you think? The point is: My GC expires on September 1. I have sent it to VSC on May 31 and the package arrived there on June 1. And now, I have no process back, I have no noa1, but the check was cashed yesterday. What do you think about that, guys? Thanks and god luck to everybody! Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	May 2011 Filers	Finally!!!!!!!!!!! got my approval letter today, no email or text but who cares. so happy. Decision date was 3/15/2012. Good luck to those still waiting. so now I have trceived another email saying card was ordered on the 2nd the first one said 29th, just be glad to see it now.
