K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Is it me or has the CSC almost come to a complete stop???	Is it me or does it seem like the CSC has almost come to a complete halt in the past 3 weeks? I remember about a month ago it seemed like there were anywhere from 5-10 vjrs a week receiving NOA2's. Now it seems as if we are lucky to get 3 in a week. Maybe I am just over reacting because I am getting a little restless but almost feels like all the service centers have slowed down tremendously. I remember in February and March the board would get daily posts from multiple people receiving NOA2's from all the service centers. Just wondering if anyone has heard any news or anything in relation to the processing timeframes. Thanks for reading my little rant. RR Yes,,,,the wait CAN be and IS very frustrating! Our timeline is about the same as yours and our NOA2 is also "missing in action". Maybe we will both get some good news in the next couple of days? We can only hope! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE from CSC	After going out of my mind waiting...I get an RFE today, which I am glad they are on my case, however I hired a lawyer to make sure I did not get this kind of delay. I hope they have a good explanation because I could have made a mistake without them. God they better have a good explanation because I am absolutely P*ssed. Any how hopefully to help others out my NOA1 is 1/23 so this should give you a good feel for where they are at in the processing cycle. Has anyone else experienced this using a lawyer? I am looking for a reason not to blast them with the rage I feel at this moment Sorry to hear about your RFE,,,but now you know your case is being processed !! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	WE GOT IT! MY GOS WE GOT OUR 2ND NOA!!!	Man, im so excited right now!! We were touched yesterday and we were excited, hoping to get our 2nd NOA next week. Here in Brasil no onw works today and i thought it was the same in usa, because of the easter!!! But anyways, i came to the computer to message my baby, and i thought "ill go look on uscis website to see if something happened" and i saw another touch dating today, not more april 13rd and when i clicked to see the thing i saw it: Receipt Number: WACOhmyGodwewereapproved!!! Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) Current Status: This case has been approved. On April 13, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours. WE WERE APPROVED, GOD!!! I cried this week too much, i was so depressed and losing my hope. Bryan and I were praying every night together, and we know that the approval is not in God's hands, but He helped us to go through this waiting and gave us strenght to go on!! Now if i can say something, is thank God for everything, every word some of you guys spent with me, every hand, every prayer, thank you guys and THANK YOU GOD! I love my baby and we are so happy!!! (If the "S" really means "SERVICE" they goofed that one up) At any rate it was SURE good news to see a members' posting that they received their NOA2 in the mail without any updates on the CSC website!!!! Please, soon soon soon soon.. Bill YES---It is great to see a Feb 3rd "up to" processing date! We have a Jan 30th received date, but not a single "touch" since then. I have read some members posts that they actually received their NOA2's in the mail without ever getting an Email or change notice on the website, even though they had signed up to do so. Yes, I too have seen other members with a NOA2 that was filed after ours. I also have read reports of members receiving their NOA2's in the mail, without ever getting Email notification!
