This is our second touch though maybe the first one was from the time we signed up on USCIS online inquiry and since then we've been waiting for another touch and we just got it now. Really really amazing.

Thank you guys for all your replies and really hoping to get the approval so I can post it again here. It's been a while though since the last time I posted here.

Hey guys, we got TOUCHED TODAY!!

I checked it around 7:20am this morning and there's no changes on USCIS it's still the same at the last touched we got which is February 05, 2008. But when around 9:25am(my time) Hubby checked USCIS while we're chatting and we're both surprised cos we got the touched from 02/05/2008 it changed to 06/10/2008. WOW!!!
Now, we're waiting for the NOA2 any moment from now. I hope we got it very soon. God's will!!!

Is FORM 1040 really needed?
My hubby just have W-2 only.
He's employed almost a year now so he still doesn't have a US Federal income tax return (Form 1040).

Is it really necessary? Or paystubs, W-2, letter from employer would be enough?

ohmy.gif bakit ganon? Tumawag na ba kayo? Di na kami nag-antay appointment letter. First call namin kanina after purchashing a PIN yon na. Tinanong kung kompleto na papers, kung nagabayad na sa BPI, kung kelan medical ko tapos yon binigay ang July 30 n slot. Tapos after non nakatanggap kami 3 emails ewan kung bakit 3 pero pare-pareho lang ang laman ng email for confirmation.
