I entered the reciept number and it says the number isn't found??

I sent my packet on the 01/02/2014,  but still have not gotten an NOA from them.... is there someone I should be calling? unsure.png

maybe give it some time due to the bad weather and all...I sent mine in the same day and they finally cashed the check today...so hopefully I'll recieve an NOA next week...

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresRed Flags at Interview??

in high fraud countries, like China, Morocco, Nigeria, this can be a problem.
For other countries, with low fraud rates, this is not so big of an issue.

IMO, it's country specific.

For China, (again IMO), 3 visits prior to interview day seems to be a good thing, but as always, it's the totality of the casefile that's important.


is the casefile your referring to the stuff we send in prior to the interview?? or is it the evidence we bring into the interview to show them?? Thanks, Long.
