I'm about to mail fiance'e in manila the 2nd set of the I-129F packet including:
original picture (w/ date codes)
invoices (orginal)
I134, my W2 from 2006-2008 and W4 2007/2008
signed letter from my job saying my pay and position and lenght.
all that should be good for interview? (she has other stuff like letters, gift, and chat)

Classify your documents according to:
Your vital statistics records: BC and divorce certs if applicable
Letter of intent to marry the beneficiary
Affidavit of Support: I134, employer certification in company letterhead stating income, status and length of employment, tax transcripts or 1040 of the most recent year.
Evidence of meeting prior to filing: passport stamps, tickets, boarding passes, pics together with time stamps
Evidence of ongoing relationship: Pics, emails, letters, cards, flower order receipts, money remittances, phone bills and chat transcripts

What exactly does the text say? In my case, I received a tracking number,if it comes out of the website as not found, then the USEM hasn't forwarded your passport and visa packet to them yet.

This is something that is not necessary. The proof of engagement that the embassy would require is the signed letter from you stating that you are willing and able to marry her on the K1 visa within 90 days upon her entry to the US.

Right on Dani! I would advise you to check out any MAC counter or Lancome for that matter. The makeup artists in any mall could help you. They are great at giving you trials at the counter itself too. The catch - try to at least buy a product. They are sales on top of being makeup experts too. Happy hunting!

Mine took 4 days for VSC to send our approval to NVC. NVC generated the case number in about a week. I would say, that's their standard process but, it may be quicker.

Nope. That is just the town hall. Where are you in Manila? with the embassy, you just need to inform them that you want to get married. They will have your fiance sign some paperworks. When that is done, he should now be able to go get the details of getting a marriage license at the city hall.
