"If its negative. Then great. She can have an interview date again (to be scheduled by St. Lukes at the embassy)
if its positive.. She can't have any interview date until she is CURED, which she has to go back at St Lukes everyday for 6 months. "

I bought my finacee and her son's tickets directly from the NWA website and didn't have any problems.
Just forward the itinerary to her email.
Also, you might want to check the bt-store..You can buy Northwest tickets there, cheaper than the NWA website. Just play with the travel dates.

I just bought tickets for her and her son through Best Travel Store, the tickets are cheaper sometimes. If you want to fly with 0 flights try to get PAL to LAX. NWA has layover in nagoya or tokyo. If she has not had some experience travaling, both of those airports can be intimadating

We were in AR for what they called "questions about bonafide relationship" we met not long after my other relationship ended, it sounds as though you are in AR for the same reason, but different circumstances. But there is a lot of reasons it can be put into AR. The following came from an attorneys web site, it sort of makes some sense of AR.

II. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
"Administrative Review" refers to a Consular Official placing the case "on hold" because the Visa Petitioner or Beneficiary FAILED TO PASS the security name check or background check, or because the Consulate or State Department or Homeland Security NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE some issue or matter in the case more closely. Cases placed into Administrative Review can ADD WEEKS OR EVEN MONTHS to processing time and final decision on visa issuance, typically in most cases AT LEAST 4 to 8 weeks additional time. Under current regulation, there is no right of appeal within State Department or Homeland Security for administrative review status. It is suggested that visa petitioners and beneficiaries keep track of the status of their case as best as possible, and secure, if possible, the reason or reasons their case has been placed into administrative review, which at least helps to relieve some anxiety during the waiting time.
**STATUS CHECK OF CASES IN ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW: Status Checks of cases in administrative review should first be addressed to the Consulate in question. Click Here for List of Consulates. Your fiance can also call the Department of State, but also call the Embassy (011-632) 301-2000 ext. 5184 or 5185 I had the most success calling 5185 ext. the lady on the other end is Denise, she really doesnt have a lot of information, but it is logged that you called concerning your case. I called once a week till she finally gave me an exact date then after that date past I called once every 2 weeks

Dont worry for now we had our interview 9/25/09 and was put on AR, and was approved 12/21/09. I think it is to soon to contact senators, but I will give you the fax #s for the fraud unit. I faxed everyday after the month the USEM told us to wait. AR happens everyday, I know it is easy for me or anyone else to say "dont worry" We too felt the sameway when it happen to us....but it is not as bad as it is.....
