Philippines	what happens when you reach America in Kentucky	First I have asked a similar question with not as much commentary so forgive me we live in Kentucky but since arriving in the states from the Philipines and handing over the cd to local Health Dept we find ourselves having to take medication due to my wife having to stay and extra two months in the Phillipines for a small scar found on her lungs so they tell its protocol that she takes the medication for 40 consecutive days and then new x rays to see if there is any difference thats fine. She is 50 years old but now we have been thru a complete physical and now require more test beginning to get expensive but thats fine if it make her ok if you know what I mean Can anyone tell us the protocol of other states we feel were being singled out but want to know other states procedure on this matter Your help would be greatly appreciated I hope I have explained this clearly and forgive me if not thanks and God Bless	DaleB	Male	Philippines	2010-08-04 20:38:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April Filers - NVC to Interview	Thank you so much for your congratulations everyone It now feels like a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. rambaldi: Our interview in the Finnish consulate wasn't exactly a model-case. I think it was because they allowed my SO to be present at the interview, which, first of all, took place in the waiting room, second, by a Finnish person and in Finnish!!! (Luckily, or in purpose, the waiting room was empty by then) The questions she asked me then, were: 1. When and where did we meet (followed by talk of how communications and meeting have changed:online etc.) 2. Asked if the man sitting behind me was my fiance 3. Asked about our future hometown 4. Asked why we decided to get married in US instead of Finland (followed by talk about how stupid it was to change the CR-1-process 5. My profession, SO's profession 6. Checked out fiance's I-134 and said he seemed to be well-to-do... (I had no idea if that was a question, so I kept quiet ) And that's that. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April Filers - NVC to Interview	Sorry to report this so late, but since my fiance was here with me, I kinda forgot My fiance and I had the interview in the Finnish Consulate last Wednesday (Sept. 5th) and got approved the same day (I know, I will update the timeline ... ) I'm now officially a K-1 visa holder, and will soon be travelling to marry my sweeteheart and start our life together. I just got a mail from the Embassy, our interview is scheduled for Sept 5th. As it happens, my SO is here that week... WooooT!!! I undestood that it is allowed for him to join me in the interview, right? Anyway, about our timeline, we got our NOA2 July 27th, took about a week to go to NVC, another to be sent to Finland. Well, we got a legit touch on 27th, but no change in status, according to the USCIS site. I woke up in Europe this morning, checked out touches/status = no change. In the afternoon, Europe-time I checked again, and first noticed the touch on 28th (Saturday!!!) and then checked the status, it said approved on 27th!! When I checked my e-mail, sure enough, there was an e-mail from CRIS. So I'm 100% sure yours isn't that far away...it might be approved already!! Thanks everyone for the congrats!! Although I never got a touch from that. And it seems to me that the password would only be in relation to your online account, and have nothing to do with your physical petition. I don't want to get your hopes up if I'm wrong, but I suspect that might be a legitimate touch. Anyone else notice getting a touch just after changing their password? Wioombeen It must've been legitimate after all...we got another touch the next day. No touches since 04/12/07 and then one on both 07/09 and 07/10... maybe this is it after all... As we were talking about it, I noticed I got an e-mail from CRIS, and went all ga-ga and my heart started pounding. Unfortunately, they just informed that the passwords was changed, thanks and goodbye What I fear now, is that what if we had changed the password sooner, like the 15 days or whenever it started sending the reminder... would that have speeded things up? A small move sure, and I know it's only an estimation but it's made me smile nonetheless! Where do you check the "estimated adjudicated date"? First of all, congratulations to all of us who received their NOA1s, and good luck to those who are still waiting for it, I'm very sure they will come soon too. Now for the question I would've hoped to ask nameless... What exactly is the estimated adjudicated date? Is it actually the estimated date for the process to go through, as in embassy interview, or an estimated date for NOA2, or what? Philippines	Administrative Processing/Review	I have been calling the Embassy, once a week and also emailing. This is the # I have been calling (011-632) 301-2000 ext. 5184 or 5185. If you have another # or advice please share with me. This is a very frustrating time, because I do not know why we are in AP. We had all of the documents, we have been in our relationship since 2007, we did not meet on line (not that there is anything wrong with meeting online), I have been to the Philippines many times, with my son, all documents were as current as we could possibly get.
