Philippines	college studies for new immigrants	If the children are here and have green cards they will pay tuition based on the rules of the school. Most have in-state and out-of-state tuition rates. The best thing to do is visit the website for the school to see how long the children have to been living in the state for them to qualify for in-state tuition. Philippines	We're having a baby!!	He can file for the K-1 visa for a fiancé since you don't mention being married. Or You can get married and file for the CR-1 visa. Read the guides to see which visa would be better for you in your particular situation. Being pregnant has no bearing on the how long the process will take. You will need to apply for a CRBA for the baby after it is born so it can get a US passport. No visa needed for the baby. You can use your copy of the letter. As for a hotel, what are you most looking for, a good location or nice.
