My sponsor is my sister-in-law and she hasn't moved anywhere. am I right ??? Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Question on AR-11 Form	I didn't know I was supposed to file AR-11 when I moved 5 months ago, So I called USCIS and asked them what should I do.They said it was ok for me to file it online witch I did last week and they said it wasn't a problem as long as you don't have any case pending with USCIS. I asked the person I talked to about the form I-865 and he said your sponsor sould file that too. but in my case my wife wasn't my sponsor so she didn't have to file it. I'm mailing I-751 tomorrow and wondering if this enough evidence to submit. • A copy of our son’s birth certificate and social security card. • A copy of my green card (Front and back). A copy of mine and my wife’s driver license with same address. • Notarized lease agreement letter from our landlord with both of our names. • Four notarized affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage. • A few joint savings account statements. • 401k retirement plan with my wife listed as the beneficiary. • Life insurance from my employer with my wife listed as the beneficiary. • Joint health insurance policy from my employer has both of our names plus our kids as beneficiaries. • A partial copy of our 2007 and 2008 joint US tax return. • A copy of joint Car insurance policy and cards with both of us listed as drivers plus copies of various notices. • Gas bills in both of our names plus other utility bills in my name and others in my wife's name (Water, Electricity, Cable and Internet). • Flight reservation confirmation from Orbitz.com to Rabat, Morocco in December 2009 for me, my wife and our son. • Some other letters and documents were sent to us in our new and old address from different people like insurance company, IRS, hospital... • Some of my pay stabs from my employer plus mine and my wife 2008 W2’s with our old and new address. • Family pictures in the hospital from the day our son was born and others. • A note regarding not having utility bills in our names in our old address. Thank you ! Easy! You should get the 1 year extension within a couple weeks. After you get it make an Infopass appointment and go get a temporary I-551 atamped in your passport. CSC is fast and you should get your biometric appointment within a month or so. Obviously you can't leave until you do biometrics. As the topic's title says I got a great surprise today after I had a long week at work.I received the approval letter today witch scared the crab outta me before I opened it because I thought there was noway I got approved in 10 days after I did the biometrics, yes 10 days pretty fast huh,I did the biometrics on Oct 23rd and the approval decision was made on Nov 3rd (My birthday lol ). anyway I wish you guys all good luck,and for those who are getting ready to file I have one advise,pack your package very well,make it as easy to inspect as possible and send plenty of evidence. Speculation leads to ppl getting their hopes up which in turn leads to disappointment. Just a thought. I think the consulate will open when my bff's aunt's husband's boss talks to his cousin's friend who works at the juice stand 4 blocks down. Well I heard from a 3rd cousin of Hicham's who heard from a taxi driver who heard from his sister who heard from the same guy at the juice stand that the Consulate is still closed. Hi.I'm the taxi driver that told Hicham's 3rd cousin and I just wanna say that my sister was lieing she didn't hear that from the juice standing guy directly but she heard it from the woman that watch clothes in the public bath after she hears from her son that studies with the stand juice guy's son. My SO sent me this today and asked me to post this for everyone. here s the latest news about casa: remember the consulat closed in april 16th while there were people who passt there interviews and who were told to be back to there visa in monday april 16th or to bring other papers and to comeback to get there visa.what s happening now is that the consulat is calling that people and asking them to come and bring there passeports to have visa,at the same time they r giving the passseport with visa to people who left there passeport there waiting the consulat to print visa in it.i know to people who got there visa yesterday and an other one who got it this afternoon,and he s the one who called the X to tell him this news.for X,they didn t call him yet but may be next days cause there was people who were asked to come in tuesday and others in wednesday. Is there anyone on here who can confirm this????? Any additional fees must be paid at the US Consulate when we resume full operation. The U.S. Consulate General in Casablanca is temporarily closed to the public. There is now telling how truthful that is so we will have to wait and see. Just thought I would let you know what I have heard. what e-mail you read that in? was it from the consulate ? I'm sorry I just wanna make sure cuz you know ppl like to talk. and I prefer hearing bad news than hearing false good news.I don't like to have hope and then be dissapointed.so please make sure the information is true before posting.thx We post to find out the truth in the different information we hear. No one said it was 100% sure. The point is to bounce information around and see who knows what. You can always not read the thread which will keep you from getting false hopes because no one here wants to be dissapointed anymore or mislead anyone. That was kind of uncalled for. It appeared to me that the person who replied just wanted to verify if this was an official email from the embassy or just word of mouth. It wasn't said with malice or spite. Like I said, none of us want to be misled or dissapointed. I really didn't mean for it to read in a negative manner. nice dodge to his question, yet again. WHO said this in an email? some guy's cousin who has a sister who's married to a guy who works there? or was it an actual email from the consulate? This relayed message doesn't have much relevance firstly because you're not really stating your source or if it's official, and seconly because it's for people who already had their interviews. I don't see why you would want people to bounce information around.. too much speculation isn't a great thing. OK first I know this makes no since but i'm wondering if it has happened to anybody else . my wife recieved the bill for the Affidavit of support, and she sent the payment to the NVC ,then they sent her the the Affidavit of Support form I-864.she gathered all the required information and papers and she sent them to the NVC.now the problem is we checked the online automated recorded message for our case and it said that some information were missing in our affidavit of support and they sent us a letter letting us know what we missed.till now things still ok because we thought whatever it was we can fix it.so we waited for the letter to come from the NVC for like 3 weeks and we didn't recieve it.during that time I recieved the immigrant visa processing fee bill and I sent the payment to them.well my wife and I started to wonder why she hasn't got that letter from the NVC yet so I asked her to call them.and she talked to an operator and he said that our affidavit of support was completed and that message means that they just waiting for the the immigrant visa processing fee bill to be paid from me. that doesn't make any since to me wich leads me to think the operators there don't really know what going on with our cases.but I'm wondering if anybody has experienced the same issue before ???
