I have not seen any update on the USCIS.GOV site with reference to the RFE. Just curious if I should be calling TIER 2 or not.. I received an RFE and mailed the response the same day as you. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	VSC RFE Responded	Hello everyone, I replied to VSC RFE letter this afternoon via Fedex with confirmation signature delivery. They requested the foreign document of my fiance, which I submitted as a notarized format, and re-added the english translation (previously submitted) including the original letter from VSC. What is the income requirement for the I-134 support... I earn $57K yearly with a 401K account balance and saving account value. Should I include a letter from the university dean showing my current GPA and graduating last week of Sept to send along with all I-129F paperwork previously sent to USCIS. I plan to include the following items, I-134 2007/2008/2009/2010 W2 statements and tax return copies as filed with turbotax Past few months electronic pay stubs 401K statement balance Letter of employment on company letter head Am I missing anything else... please let me know. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	797 APPROVAL NOTICE I-129F	Everyone, I am confused and worried a bit.... The letter of approval stated "To contact the US Consulate for further visa processing inquiry of my fiance" I emailed the US Consulate and they replied back stating they have no record of my fiance visa petetion case, and that I should contact NVC (But the letter of approval stated to contact the US Consulate) or the USCIS Office for assistance. In the event the case can't be found, the US Consulate is saying I will have to refile the I-129F again... - I did email the US Consulate the PDF of the approval letter. - I called NVC hotline, entered the EAC number, and yet there is no record of our case in their system. - I called USCIS and spoke with a TIER 1, and they stated that since the petetion is approved and sent to US Consulate per the letter of approval, that I should contact the embassy directly.... If yes what is the proper email address to request them to email my fiance the required documents and whether I can fax the consulate the I-797 Approval Letter from USCIS indicating the petetion for I-129F was sent to the US consulate directly... It appears from the dates on the letter of approval for validation time frame of 07/25/11 thru 11/25/2011,, is when the fiance interview should be done and over with....I pray it is indeed sooner.... so this way we can plan our marriage after her arrival to the USA. THE LETTER ALSO STATES A VALIDATION TIME FRAME OF 07/25/2011 - 11/25/2011.... I CALLED USCIS THIS EVENING AND THEY HAD NO OTHER INFORMATION REGARDING MY FIANCE I-129F PETETION... We are awaiting for an interview date from the consulate likewise. As soon as the interview date is provided, I will be sending my fiancee the required cash for medical and visa processing fees at consulate level, a total of $550... Endless calls into the consulate with no luck of getting past the operators answering the phones... I emailed them with a read receipt confirmation, and there has been no response yet... Thank you for your response, Do we send it TO the courier listed on the Islamabad website, or does she needs to travel to the courier location and send it there. What address did you send your packet to? Your fiance needs to take the required documents to American Express or one of the approved courier services as listed on the US Embassy Website.. They will review the required documents, and give you a tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for delivery of the documents. After wards it will take about 5-7 weeks before you'll get a call from American Express asking you to pick up the interview letter. At such point of time you can schedule the medical exam. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NVC has not recieved noa2 from USCIS	Everyone on July 25th I got the NOA2 approval letter for the K1 Fiance Visa, and it stated the petition was sent directly to the US Consulate. I called USCIS to inquire whether the case was sent to NVC or not... they had informed me to contact the US Consulate per the letter of approval. I followed up with the NVC customer service, and was informed "Not all cases come thru NVC... IF the case was sent to the NVC office, the letter would indicate it otherwise it states "Case sent to US Consulate".... I have been in constant touch with the US Consulate, emailed them the approval letter... I am waiting for some confirmation of the case arrival in their office.... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Need DOS num to know if USEM got my documents	What exact documents do I need to prepare I wouldn't know unless I receive packet 3.5 if you assist guiding me the required documents I need to aggregate I will commence doing from now onwards I did email them yesterday I got no response so today I emailed them encore just putting case# and asking if received my documents and by which courier service will I be receiving the documents you mean I have my fiancee to emailed US consulate islamabad thank you YES you need the US Citizen communicating directly with the US Consulate, and CC you on the traffic. Packet 3.5 consists of forms required for submission which is listed on the US Consulate ISB Website sonsisting of DS-230, 157 etc etc... Birth certificate of beneficary, police certificates for each city the beneficary lived in since age 16 etc.... once an interview letter is provided to you, then you'll be able to arrange your medical exam but not any sooner....you will need passport photos; the US citizen tax return for 3 years, employment verification letter, financial support document, paycheck statements, W-2's, Letter of intent to marry with a recent date, Phone call logs from each side, any prior divorce decrees.... etc... ISB Consulate no longer sends the packet 3 via TCS or courier, they will send the information electronically to the email addresses each of you provided on the original petition... etx.... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Need DOS num to know if USEM got my documents	IT will take about 4-6 weeks before you hear from ISB consulate, additionally DOS has no control over the ISB Consulate. The best option is to have the US Citizen send an email to the US Consulate, and await for an answer from them. Continuous calling the US Consulate in ISB, is pointless and costly as you'll continue to get a busy signal or request to call back at a certain time frame. Meanwhile I suggest to start gathering the required documents for submission via AMEX for packet 3.5.... He basically has been neglected from the begining of his arrival in the USA by his soon to be future in laws.
