The joint sponsor must meet the guidlines for their own household plus the intending immigrant. Your fiancee and her children would only be included in that number if they were in the same household as the sponsor.




Ok thanks people!! if i had insurance through my job once i had a work permit then would the insurance cover me while in hospital! if something bad happened e.g ill or broken bones! or would the co -sponsor be the one who had to pay for the treatment!!??

hi i just got off he phone from a lawyer based in the usa!! and he has told me that without an attorney representing me then i will not be able to get a visa as i will not have the relevent information!!

is this true!!??
