Have not hear from them since we sent out RFE (letter of intent to marry). I mean its just one piece of paper that they need. So whats taking them so long. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Nail Biting... argh	Ok so I got a message yesterday saying that a request for more info was sent.... argh... they are trying to make this so difficult I lived with him there for a yr..., what more do they want???  And then on top of everything I call... and no one not even tier 2 officers know what is being requested... really they need to get it together!!!   got my RFE hard copy on the 3rd september, returned it over night the next day, case went to RFE review, received approval at 10:00 pm central 23 sept. my RFE was i sent in a copy of my signature..  no worries, it is something you can handle. after being separated this long , the end is in sight! the bright side is someone looked at your case.  good luck Ricky	ricpope	Male	Dominican Republic	2013-09-24 00:41:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	dont want to wait another 4 or 5 months	Thank you all for the reality check, i was just venting. the US takes your money for the I-129F, makes you jump through hoops, then you get the NOA2. then you wait again to get a approval number from NVC/DOS , then you go to the embassy website , to wait another three months.  i forgot when i started this , that i cant go across town to kiss you when i want to. we cant have a romantic dinner and then hold each other all night.       PLEASE FORGIVE ME. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Finally got a interview date	emailed embassy last night , received our interview date. march 13 2014. the list is not updated yet, but i emailed them and got my date. on the 20th they did not have any dates . emal them every ten days or so and you might be surprised.  cannot express how i am feeling right now. i wish everyone good news to close out the year. it is a promise for a better year. Do i need to get a new one ?? coz in one of the requirements in US EMBASSY Mnla it says that (FOR IMMIGRATION PURPOSES),AN NBI CLEARANCE IS VALID FOR 1YEAR FROM THE DATE IT WAS ISSUED .. We just got our NOA2 today and on SEPT 14 it is only valid for another 6months.. I dont set my interview yet .. coz we are still waiting for our case number.. Just out of interest how do you know if and when the NVC has received your case from USCIS? Do you receive an email? I am concerned about being denied since i am 19 years older than him, and my divorce from my previous marriage of 22 years was not finalized yet when we started our relationship. (the relationship was the reason for the divorce) I have gone to visit him twice in Romania and we recently spent a week on holiday together in Mexico. We have skyped everyday for the past year - we have photos from our visits and skype logs. Our relationship is legitimate but I am concerned because of the age difference and my divorce that we will be denied.
