K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC's research respone :)	Good luck I hope your case gets to NVC soon, but even then, your wait may not be over. When I called NVC they said they didn't have my petition. Then when I called back a few days later they said they had received it over a week ago and it would be going out the next day. Then we didn't hear anything I called back yesterday and they said no, it wasn't sent out and they can't tell me when it will be sent out that it is undergoing additional processing and not to call back that I will get something from them in the mail:( UGHHH patience .... some days I think I don't have an ounce of patience left.... it's extra-frustrating because this step was supposed to go quick. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Consular Agent recommending denial	Here's an update: I emailed the embassy on a Saturday night for them to have on Sunday morning when they open. I requested them to please re-consider my case and I attached Skype conversations, various pictures from our vacation in Turkey and pictures of our rings together. On Monday morning I received and email that they are re-considering their decision and my fiance needs to drop off or mail his passport @ the embassy. Mohamed dropped off his passport and 3 weeks later he still did not have his visa. I emailed the embassy and received an email the same day stating that his visa has been printed and he should be receiving in a couple of days. What a journey!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Visa approved!	My fiancé had his interview June 26, at the Bucharest embassy in Romania and his visa was approved!! I attended the interview with him and none of the issues that we were worried about ever came up. I was worried about our age difference , education difference and the fact that I applied for k1 2 weeks after my divorce was final. I find myself getting impatient about little things and i know its only cos the wait for the NOA2 is starting to feel forever long. I think the holidays made dec and Jan go by quick. But, Feb. seems to really be dragging. I'm ready for winter to be over along with the wait for the NOA2. It looks like most the oct and nov approvals so far have been from VSC and since we are at CSC i'm sure i need to be prepared to keep waiting patiently. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Does this get easier...	I feel your pain! At the time We were waiting on our k1 approval Vermont was going quickly and CSC was real slow. Of course, our petition was at CSC. I posted something similar about the wait being almost unbearable. It didn't seem like we would ever get our approval - but it will get there. Use your time to get things ready - clean out closets, etc. I know its hard to believe but once you get the interview scheduled things will move quickly and you will wonder how you are going to have everything ready. It took us about 9 months total from the time I sent my initial application until my fiance got here. We didn't receive and RFE's. California was taking 6 months to process petitions and Vermont was processing them much quicker - everyone was hoping for their petition to be sent to Vermont.
