USCIS Service CentersFormal Congressional Inquiry Petition Link
I went ahead and signed your petition. It absolutely sucks that the California Service Center is taking so long. Not only that, but they are also being random in who they approve. I seen a few applications from May being approved where March and April petitions are still waiting. I would not mind the wait as long as they were treating people equally. The fact that Vermont approves most applications sooner than California is also another sore spot. If Vermont is so far ahead, why can't they transfer some California applications over there?
By the way David, I noticed that we had very similar timelines up until my NOA-2 on August 1. I pray that you are approved soon. I know that the holidays are right around the corner. When I first applied for the K-1, I was estimating her arrival to be in early September, not 2 months later. Best of luck with the petition and thank you for your effort.

Probably doesnt matter but your O P indicates your wife couldnt get her visa for 6 months because of some consperacy by the hospital and your lawyer to make money not getting a second opinion. Did the others your wife met also lose those 6 months? Same lawyer?

I don't have the definitive answer, some of the girls she met had a few month delay and another close to a yeay and all cleared when getting the second opinion. Conspiracy you ask, all I can tell the readers is what happened in hopes if they are having delays then be ready to seek another exam elsewhere.

I hope no one reads your post and reacts to it as though it made sense. Your wife goes to the hospital and that somehow delayed her visa? You want people to believe the hospital is making additional money by doing exactly what?
I went through that hospital myself. My husband said it was as fine as any hospital in the USA. We had zero problems and were in and out in about 5 hours.

The point is, get a second opinion as 3 other people my wife met there did. I guess it was shear coincidence that they were cleared as my wife was. I realize many people have no problems, but for those who do, get the second opinion-check up.

I certainly hope this post will help others having their loved ones being delayed by the health exam required if sent to the hospital on Suhkumvit soi3. My fiancee, now wife was delayed 6 months for no reason, I suspect the US attourny I used located in bkk and hospital are making a tidy sum of money doing this. I finally resolved all the bs by telling my wife to go to the other approved hospital in Silom for a second opinion. And as suspected, she was in perfect health, no lung issue at all and was approved medically that day. Let me know if anyone else is having these issues. I hope I can help Thanks
