IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Birth Certificate	Hi. I don't know the answer to this question. I am hoping that someone else will come along that will have an answer for you. My fiance will be interviewing at the Islamabad Embassy as well, so I would like to know this in advance. His birth certificate is in English as well. This will be very helpful to him to know this. I just sent it all to my fiance in one big lump that barely fit in the DHL envelope. Should I tell him to put it in a binder for the interview? He's not too good at organization and such, but at least he has all the information Hi. I wouldn't say that you are screwed, but I do think that it's best to have organized and neat. I don't think the officer would appreciate having to dig through piles of papers. I followed the guidelines here on VJ when I organized my petition. I had a cover letter and table of contents, along with dividers. I tried to make it easy as possible for the officer. Also, I thought you were talking about filing the K-1 petition. Later you mentioned sending it to your fiance. It would need to be sent from you to your service center. Maybe I'm confused. Good luck on your journey. You just need to establish proof of you two meeting in person so please make sure you provide the necessary evidence. That is all the officer is concerned with. Hi Greg. That fee is the amount that it costs to file the K-1 Fiance Petition. You can download and print the forms off here or on the USCIS website. It doesn't matter as long as it's an updated form. You need to fill out the papers, send in the $455, and then file. The G-325 form should be filled out for you and the alien fiance. You need to fill out all four forms for each of you. Also, the I-134 does not need to be filed at this time. That is sent in later around interview time. I want to advise you to read the guides before you fill anything out. It seems as if you haven't read up on this process enough. Good luck in your journey. If you are talking about the timeline that shows up when you post something what you have to do is put it in your signature. You go to my controls at the top and click on it. Then on the left you click on edit my signature. You then type in whatever information you want and click save. This will show up anytime you make a post, comment, or reply. Also, you will be able to see your estimated approval date once you put all of your information in your timeline. You would need to click on assistant at the top and then add/edit my timeline. This is where you will enter all of your information. After that, you can always check that date to see if it has changed. Once you log into the site, you click on your name at the top and then click on my timeline on the left. Scroll to the bottom and you will see your estimated approval date. So that is both ways to see a timeline, in your signature and also the one which has all of your information which is under your name. I hope this helps. Some might say just attach another sheet with that info. In my opinion, it would be best to just give them a call and do what they tell you. I would also call back again to make sure I got the same answer from the next USCIS employee. With something like this, you don't want any delays or RFE. I hope this helps.
