FOR EXAMPLE WE HAVE A OWN WORD FOR A FEMALE PIG. I TRIED TO TEACH RICKY GERMAN BUT IS SO HARD. HE USE RIGHT NOW THE PROGRAMM ROSETTA STONE. SO IF SOMEBODY WANNA LEARN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE THIS IS REALLY THE BEST PROGRAMM.BUT U ALSO CAN USE HANDS ARMS TO DESCRIBE THINGS AND THE OTHER PERSON WILL UNDERSTAND YOU SOONER OR LATER. I can't wait to finish college already, this working retail stuff is OK and all, but I need to get a real paying job where I can put my education to good use. I would have been done already, but being that I have kids, I need to work full-time and stuff, so it's making it harder. I can't wait to get home to see if the mailman brought my RFE letter. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	missing I-129F package	Hey guys. Thanks for all the help so far. We are really not so far yet with the process because i was in the States in the end of march so my fiance finished the paperwork and we send it off. We sended with USPS 1st class with certified Mail receipt. Now the dumb thing the guy at post office typed the wrong zip code in. I know we should have double check it but we was so excited to send it off we didnt see his mistake. Now the question when i track the number it says it has been returned because of the wrong address. Now until today we havent got back the envelope with all the papers that means we couldnt send it again to USCIS. Hopefully it comes the next days. Question, do we have to update the papers since they were dated a couple weeks early or it doesnt matter and we just put it in a new envelope and send it of? Anybody any experience.???? The Germany embassy wrote me that when we do not contact them the petition will be automatically destroyed after 3 months. So that was fine with me. And know almsot 1 year later the USCIS just called my ex fiance and told him the application is still pending. I am dating a new guy we not planning getting a visa at the moment but i do what to fly to the States to see him. Will i have any problems at customs but the visa is not canceled yet?? Most likely they will issue you RFE (Request for Evidence) at this early stage. I am assuming you did files all requires paper (I-129F, G-325A, I-134(w-2, paystubbs, company letterhead, and among other things etc). You may be forgetting to including a letter of intend by both of you (bona-fide) and an engagement letter. This letter is very important. Hope this help a bit.
