Canada	Interview!	Just wanted to let everyone know that my fiancee got the interview date! Yay! It is March 28th! I'm sure all the November people, your date is coming so don't worry too much! I wanted to thank everyone for being super supportive! A question just popped up. In the letter, it says due to space issues, friend and family must wait outside. Would I be allowed to accompany her into the consulate and to the interview? Thanks again everyone! You will be more than welcome to accompany her...Congrats and good luck... You just drop the bag in on the pointy spike and pull the bag slowly out as the milk exits from the bottom into the pitcher...very cool and mess free... Reminds me of that first time he came to montreal, I asked him if he wanted a glass of milk..So I took the milk bag out... That look on his face "what the F....is that?!?!?!" That moment was priceless. But i wont miss the milk bags that much, if anybody knows about Oberweis's milk in the Chicago suburbs area, now that is good milk, and cottage cheese and ice cream as well. My list - Cheese curds (fresh and warm) and Poutine I bought a 2kg bucket of poutine sauce powder mix, anytime! I'm a huge milk drinker..When I moved to Canada, the bagged stuff was all I could find. I didn't know there was a pitcher that that bag fit in nicely and which the milk could be poured..With that said, picture southern me, a pair of scissors in one hand trying to hold that damn bag to snip the corner, and then trying to pour it into my own container without spilling it all over my counter..damn that pissed me off because it seemed more of it was on the counter than in my container...most times out of frustration, I would snip the corner, try to pour myself a glass from the floppy a$$ bag and then rather than transfer to my container, I would just lay the bag snipped side up on a plate in my refrigerator. After cleaning many spills from counters and floors, I eventually did my transferring in the bathtub, so when I spilled, all I had to do was turn on the shower and wash it away...It wasn't until I was telling my story to a coworker that I was informed of the cool little pitchers... so there you have it, a southern boy lost in Canada...	bucknekkid	Male	Canada	2007-03-05 00:35:00

I said it might be a crime of moral turpitude as it relates to visa issuance. Prostitution is one of many crime of moral turpitude define by DOS. Lewdness is a crime of moral turpitude. Gross indecency is also a crime of moral turpitude. All of this relates to visa issuance. Whether or not such crime is illegal in the beneficiary's locality is irrelevant. So prostitution is legal in Germany, but if you are a German beneficiary who engages in prostitution, you can be denied a US visa based on your "crime of moral turpitude." I think you're overlooking the "crime" part. In fact, the link you posted mentions about the consular officer having to evaluate the 'conviction'. Now, extrapolating from "she flashed boobies on the internet" to "she's been convicted" is a pretty far stretch. Heck, at this point, since you've been giving out legal interpretations, I'm going to have to ask you for your law license number. You have one, right? Passed the bar exam? No? What is the world coming too? Anyway, with your K-1 Application send in your current orders and any that you have pending for a move to a theater of action where the biggest danger isn't getting run over by traffic after 'working'. And while one reference to being a Marine as a job might be overlook-able, two in the space of a dozen words is not. You don't work as a Marine, you ARE a Marine. You don't have a contract, you have a commitment. Think what you will, if he'd been in my company in MY Marine Corps. (again, if you've never BEEN a Marine you won't get it) I'd have been adjusting his attitude. 'Working' as a Marine would be on my list of things to fix right below him telling his friends I was his boss Cap'n Powell. Neither would go over well. Marines don't kick a$$ everywhere they go because they are better people. They don't because they neccessarily have better weapons. Rifleman to rifleman, it comes down to commitment and who you are. I am glad none of you ever have to lay in a ditch and strain to see and hear what's happening over the embankment next to someone 'working' as a Marine. I can't even comprehend how that statement comes out of a Marine's mouth. When you are 'working' you have a job. When you have a job, you can quit. When you quit you will die. When you die next to another Marine, they are likely to die too. Yes, my undies are always in a knot about some things. What comes out of your mouth is what was in your mind. And some 'jobs' aren't jobs to some people. Trust me. Neither ever came near military service. Here is the story, I am currently working as a marine and my contract will end on the year 2009 but right now I am based in Okinawa Japan, I am staying here until July. Please enlighten me on this, I need to know the step to take. I really wanna be with her, where should I file the visa and what shall we do to do it? ... Your reply is much appreciated.
