Canada	Got Married today!	First, Congrats!! This is what I did: When we got our marriage certificate back, I took that to the SSN office & asked my name be changed. They (eventually) did it. When I filed for AOS, I put my new name on all the forms. You would send a copy of your marriage certificate along, to show your name change. Hope that helps. I did the same thing. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Request for further evidence	Thank you every one! I do have the RFE and it has the same list of items that they are listing in the I-751 form. I.e. to establish bona fide marriage provide evidence of birth certificate of any common children, co-mingling of financial assets, mortgages or loans, etc. Nothing in that RFE was especially different from the list in the I-751. First time we submitted documents for the I-751 we had: - joint utility bills (electricity, water) going for our 2009 rental and for our 2010 rental - joint bank accounts (joint checking account: 10 statements for 2009, 3 statements in 2010, 6 statements in 2011) - joint car insurance for 2 cars - life insurance (on my name showing my husband as the first beneficiary) - pictures in different times and with different people - joint lease for the place we rented in 2010 (we are signed there in two different dates - my husband signed the lease in May 2010 when I was out of the country, I added my signature in Jan 2011 in preparation for our application) I am pretty sure that is it. Like I said, since then our financial situation improved and we have: - joint saving - joint CD - joint credit card - more utilities going to our current sublease (cable, electricity, cellphone) - with both of our names - I will send tax returns for 2009 and 2010 which were missing from our previous app - I will send some correspondence that went to our previous address that shows flowers I sent my husband and books we ordered on Amazon Not sure we can add much more... what do you guys think? Do you think we need to add more pictures? Thank you again! Only thing that I would add is at least 2 affidavits from family / friends, and if you already did your tax for 2011, that too. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Filing Just Before Temporary Green Card Expires	Thanks. The earliest I can send it off, money-wise, is definitely Saturday February 11th. I know that's cutting it a little neat, since my green card expires on the 16th, but I do plan on sending it certified overnight, so it should get there on time. I wondered whether I had to send copies of every single bill since February 2010. I didn't think it was really necessary, but I'm a little OCD, so I couldn't resist photocopying everything. :-) I know how that feels . Luckily, my husband was there to stop me from copying every peace of paper, that shows both our names ("You don't want to cover them with our documents") So, at the end he chose like 1 bank statement from every 6 months in the last 2 years, and only 2 bills. Well, you will be very close to your GC expiration date, but you should be fine as long as they got it before February 16th. Other option will be to borrow money for couple days (friends / family). Onda su joj poslali formular G-325 da ispuni ona i ja ,sto smo i uradili. G-325 je poslala sa sljedecim dokumentima: 1. popunjen formular I-129F 2. popunjen formular G-325a 3. izjavu da nameravavamo da se vencamo u roku od 90 dana po moom ulasku u USA, na engleskom 4. po jedna pasoska slika od nas oboje 5. dokaz da sno se sreli u zadnje 2 godine (slike, hotelski racuni, stranica njegovog pasosa sa pecatima...) 6. kopija njenog USA pasosa (sve stranice) , kopija njegovog izvoda iz knjige rodjenih, i kopija njegovog sertifikata o naturalizaciji 7. i cek-taksu za I-129F. (oko 400 $ ) 03.03.2011 smo dobili izvjestaj iz banke da je cek akceptiran, to jest da je unovcen. Da li toznaci da nam je predmet usao uobradu , i sta dalje treba da radimo ??? Zamolio bih da me ne saljete na neke linkove vec da ako neko ima pojma , neka mi to fino pojasni na nasem jeziku . Jeste, predmet vam je usao u obradu. Sada preostaje najtezi deo - CEKANJE . Za jedno 2-3 nedelje (racunajuci od 03.03.2011.) ona ce dobiti NOA1 (Notice of Action - koja potvrdjuje da je peticija otvorena, usla u obradu). Sledece je: PONOVO CEKANJE , ovog puta, par meseci (u mom slucaju, isto K1, 4 meseca), dok ne dobije NOA2 - da je peticija odobrena. Sada je vreme za tebe da pocnes da prikupljas dokumeta koja ce ti trebati za intervju u ambasadi. Za oko 2 nedelje od NOA2, vas Service Center salje vasu peticiju u NVC (National Visa Center) i sada bi sve trebalo da pocne da se krece mnogo brze , a za otprilike 1-4 nedelje oni salju vasu odobrenu peticiju Americkoj ambasadi (mozes da zoves ambasadu da vidis da li su dobili peticiju). Nakon toga, za oko 1-2 nedelje, ti ces dobiti pismo od ambasade sa formularima i ceklistom sta ti sve treba za intervju. Popunis formulare i prikupis sva potrebna dokumenta i to posaljes ambasadi. Mozes da zoves ambasadu da zakazes intervju ili da cekas da ti oni za oko nedelju dana posalju datum intervjua. Pre intervjua treba da obavis medicinski pregled. To bi ukratko, bilo to. Meni je najtezi deo bio cekanje. Intervju nije bio nista strasno, sve ukupno 10 min. gledanja nasih slika i pitanja tipa gde smo se upoznali, koliko puta videli... Srecno! Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia)	Bosnia and Herzegovina	Pozzzzzzzz dobili smo NOA2 :DDDDDDD i odoboren nam je proces sad mi najvise treba pomoc aaaaa koje dokumete da prikupljam znam samo da mi treba co-sponsor to ce bit moj brat zivimo u istoj kuci ... moj vjerenik je iz Bijeljine a rodio se u tuzli ... gdje da izvadi uvjerenje od policije kako se vec zove ..rodni list i tako to milijon ti stvarcica .. letter of employment znam da treba od mene zna li neko koliko treba da se to sve dobije...((( .. sta jos treba haha jos se tresem od srece i ako imamo jos ali ipak ono .. blizu smo valjda:D .. ja putujem tamo za Bosnu Decembra 27og na 20 dana samo .. do Januara 17og :/ ... taman mogu da mu pomognem sta mu treba ne mora da mi salje ... mogu ja sve da ponesem sta treba .. .. ako moze iko da mi pomogne po redu Hvala vam unaprijed... pola vas zna kakav je ovo osjecaj CESTITAM! To je par dolara vise postarine ali imas elektronsku potvrdu primitka posiljke. Obavezno napraviti kopiju cjelokupnog paketa prije slanja da ima kopiju za vas. Moj decko je podneo I-129F krajem marta u California servis centar. Oni su samo potvrdili,kad je zvao telefonom da su primili papire i reki da cekamo. Cekamo 7 mjeseci i nikakvog pomaka. Od njih nismo dobili bas nista. Dali je uobicajeno ovoliko cekanje? Zar nismo trebali dobit NOA1 pa onda dalje cekati??? Molim Vas neka mi netko odgovori....pozdrav! Lana, zao mi je, ali nije uobicajeno! NOA1 ljudi dobiju za oko 2 nedelje od slanja paketa. Neka ih zove ponovo i neka kontaktira svog senatora. Zao mi je sto nemam neki konkretniji odgovor za tebe. Ovo nam nije jasno. I jos dole ispod "United States Department of State United States Consulate, [name of country where Embassy is located] [Embassy Address] ,to se misli na ambasadu u Sarajevu,zar ne? Ne znam ja sve, znam samo ono sto sam i sama prosla Fiance Letter pisete oboje - USA Citizen je petitioner, fiance (ti) je beneficiary, znaci ti na svojoj izjavi pises svoju adresu, i on svoju na njegovoj izjavi. Trebace vam da izjavu pisete 2 puta: sad kad saljete paket za K1 (adresa USCIS servis centra gde saljete paket) i jos jednom, za tvoj intervju u ambasadi (adresa ambasade u Sarajevu)	Saska+Tim	Female	Serbia	2010-10-11 17:42:00
