I dont post an aweful lot, I've just been kinda lurking around on this thread, but I'd been praying for Icyspots since she'd been waiting so long for the NOA2 and just curious if she was in fact 'denied'... Bill do you honestly need her to post to say: i was denied? trying to illegally bring your fiance/husband into the US via Canada in the trunk of your car and getting caught ... will most likely yield a petition denial. not sure why this concept is so hard to grasp! Gimy, For your imformation, Icey never tried to bring her fiance into the country in a trunk. Yacine has never been to North America. You need to stop spreading lies. You do not know what you are talking about. And the lies you are spreading are very hurtful and untrue. You can submit copies of original documents if the copies are: Certified by the issuing agency or official custodian of the original record, or a. National identification card (must show photo, name, current address, date of birth, and expiration date). b. U.S. driver’s license. c. Civil birth certificate. d. Foreign driver’s license. e. U.S. state identification card. f. Foreign voter’s registration card. g. U.S. military identification card. h. Foreign military identification card. i. U.S. visa issued by the U.S. Department of State. j. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) photo identification. k. Medical records (dependents only). l. School records (dependents and/or students only). Notarized by a U.S. notary public legally authorized within his or her local jurisdiction to certify that the document is a true copy of the original. To do this, the notary must see the valid, unaltered original document and verify that the copy conforms to the original. (that doesn't sound right! ) as for your case ... when your online status changes dates - that means that the person on working on your file 'touched' it and actually did some work. now .... some people are: *never touched and approved *never touched and RFE'd *touched once and then approved *touched several times and approved *touched several times and RFE'd see the pattern here?? unfortunately, there is no way that anyone here on VJ can tell you if you case will or will not be touched and how many times. as for the processing dates, they usually give you the maximum time but most people find they receive their NOA2's well before the 900 days are up. best of luck to you!	gimygirl	Female	0	2006-01-28 19:32:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Frustruated	you're right .. sometimes it doesn't seem helpful when you are venting about waiting. it's SUCH a subjective subject. this has always been an issue here at VJ because everyone's timeline and visa journey is individual. you will never know why someone breezed through in days ... yet someone else may take months. did the person working on your case take a week's vacation? maybe they were sick for a few days? maybe the had to check out some additional information regarding your case? there is no rhyme or reason as to why someone's case goes quicker or takes longer than another, but i think some people from other SC's felt it was a slap in the face that you were already questioning where your NOA2 was because you were filing via VSC. as the letter says ... it could feasibly take anywhere from 30-45 days. not an excuse, but more of an explanation of the reception you received today (which was about the same that you received on your old thread).	gimygirl	Female	0	2006-01-28 21:43:00
