K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	Today so far: January 19: 1 x RFE January 20: 3 x RFE January 23: 1 x RFE January 30: 1 x RFE January 31: 1 x RFE what's better than starting a day with a RFE WTFFFFF!!!! its getting from bad to worst....i ant understand y so much RFE, especially on VJ. i followed the exact directions thats on VJ and went through problem free, no RFE so what exactly is happening, are the adjudicators interpreting the things differently? Some one got RFE for the same birth certificate we sent in. It will feel like a weight has been lifted. Right now we are sitting at 187 days and will likely be waiting a few more weeks for them to respond to our RFE. I have a feeling that we are being background checked for that long since Terry emigrated when he was 13 and been living in 3 different countries... right now I am just looking for an excuse for them myself... they are not funded by taxes but mostly by our fees... Not to discourage you all or anything but expect a wait of 6.5 months before you all hear anything. and expect to be stalled from all the RFE.s they gave out for Jan petitions. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Any February 2012 filers?	the loads of you talking about approvals from VSC, im gonna be frank with you base on whats going on in the january filers thread. its gonna get depressing. I filed in the 17th. on processing day 20. VSC reach as far as the 18th in therms of processing date. there are about 200 petitions not approved before my date so its gonna be a long wait. if your @ CSC is better news. you should be approved by the 5 months mark. VSC....you have to wait beyond 6 months. Cant contact anyone cause once they havent passed your NOA1 date, the system not gonna allow them to do a service request on your behalf. so either way we are screwed. gotta just wait	djricky4	Male	Jamaica	2012-07-03 22:11:00
