K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	Oh my god!!!! I was driving home and my phone chimed that I had a text. I was just going to ignore it, but I took a peek to see who it was from and it was those infamous digits that come at the top of a USCIC text. I almost wrecked my car!!!! I got to the stop light, clicked on my mail, and there it was APPROVED!!!! I started bawling, the car behind me was honking at me to go, I forgot how to drive for a minute!!!! I have never felt happier in my life. I called Ray from my cell, and he knew as soon as he saw me calling because we never call, we text or skype.... 195 days!!!!!! Thank you all for being so supportive. I need a drink, or a hug, or something... not sure..... Now all I can think about is you Texas22... Please say you got one too.... Congrats, im soo happy for you. Hope Texas22 get her's today too From what's been said on the site, USCIS mail does not forward, but yes I have. At this point, I've done all I can from my end in hopes that I don't have to spend months chasing down my NOA2 or an RFE or fighting not to pay just to get a copy. A least I have a paper trail a mile long! Unfortunately my apt in Berlin has no internet so I am relying on 3 G only and no way to check USCIS unfortunately... will do on Friday but I am sure you will be all well approved by then djricky at least now you can see what I am going through when checking all the numbers if I forget to email them to myself when I leave work. without updated one I go through all the numbers over and over again... All worth it for my Jan family though! Good luck guys and speak to you soon! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	Does anyone know exactly if we need to attach all of our supporting evidence (employment letters, pay stubs, tax returns etc.) to the I-134? or do we just place it in a folder for the embassy to reference it? What did you guys plan to do with it? Should it be arranged in any particular way? Print the online confirmation. USCIS ALSO actually sent me a confirm saying they got my address change. (hopefully you all got that too!), I also called in, spoke to a rep AND sent a formal letter. I've read on the site that you can show them proof of having changed your address and they won't charge you if it's their fault. Now...I am sure this is easier said than done, but you better believe if my NOA2 goes to the wrong place, the shiz will hit the fan if they think they are going to try and charge me. I've got written proof up to the wazoo. She moved from the apartment, notified the post office about a change of address about 2 weeks now and changed the address on USCIS online July 30, now we are hearing that if the post office dont return the letter to uscis for them to send it to the new address, we are gonna be charged $400 just to get the NOA2 letter back.	djricky4	Male	Jamaica	2012-08-06 17:33:00

If I don't get approval this week I think I am going to be so depressed...and I have to try not to be.. and just spend the last weekend with my hunny before going back, but I feel like crying right now ... It gets closer to us, then a bit farther away, then it looks like it will be on top of us and then they move it back out over Roatan.....ugh. I guess we will have an idea by tomorrow night/really early Tuesday morning but I am guessing that it will bring a lot of rain no matter what! I remember one week in 2010 when it rained the WHOLE WEEK without stopping. I could not stand the sound of rain anymore. It was insane. There was nothing to do b/c the streets were so flooded and nasty and where I worked was closed b/c the roof leaks...oh man. I hope it's just a day or two this time!!! Trying to keep my mind off of all of this... but there is only another week before we leave to go back to Canada. Really hoping to be able to celebrate NOA2 before we leave. There was a thread started by someone who only sent the I-129F form and the payment...nothing else. I read that one, they were expecting RFE. Man the lawyer would have made a lot of us or we would be crying about RFE haven't it not been for VJ. Is it likely to be a problem? I would simply fill the version they sent me but I can't find it anywhere online. Thanks for your help, and let's hope for some approvals today!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fill out what they gave you, its unlikely your going to find it online. Once they update the forms online, the older versions are removed. January 10: 1 x RFE January 18: 2 x approval January 19: 2 x approval January 23: 1 x approval January 27: 1 x approval Two more days left of this week... I am praying for all of you right now! Lots of work being done but they skipping some all important petition. i really think you guys gonna be happy end of the week. they can only hold you all down for a little time Embassy just received our case and I booked my appointment for sept 6 yay I wanted that particular week since the medical is scheduled for the end of August (the doctor wasnt available sooner) I guess I can go ahead and book my ticket soon for the day I originally wanted - sept 27 I am very excited! Guys don't loose hope! Once you have the noa2 it moves freaking fast! I will send positive thoughts for you, it's Thursday, noa2 time!!!!
