K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	Thanks for the well wishes guys!....Just home and we are APPROVED!!!!!!!!!, visa should be in hands in 6 days. I will write a full review later but it was very simple in the end for us, arrive, wait, money, wait, forms, wait, interview 2hrs 30mins in total. No extra evidence asked for regarding relationship (we had a whole forest worth of stuff), questions simple directed to all 3 of us. me Tommy and Chana, will give all details later. Only 3 k1 applicants there no other visa applicants. Congrats thats wonderful. Just getting back home from my medical. I must say it was a success, i only had to get the chicken pox vaccine (varicella) and a dt shot. Overall it was a good experience. My future lies in the hands of a complete stranger, i am not scared, I am not scared, i am not scared.....YES I AM!!! Thank the Lord Tommy is here with me, the calming force. Prayers for all in the path of Issac, .............Tommy's family live in Tampa. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	OMG!!....Go Dublin, since my last post and lil' rant Packet 4 arrived......And to my huge suprize my interview is next week, Monday 27th at 1pm to be exact! Wow thought it would not be til Sept so this is so much better, Tommy will have to board a flight this friday night not much notice and will cost the earth but so worth it...have not seen him since March. For Irish.....packet 4 is just a letter with interview date on it, your case no and names of who is travelling, it states you have to bring it to the Embassy, that it IT!! Please help. Any help is welcomed. Really sorry to hear about what your going through. W filed the same day as you and got NOA2 about 3 weeks now. hopefully you hear something soon. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	Hey everyone, Sorry I have been out of the loop for the last few days travelling, but I think I've caught up on my reading... My visit with the kids and Rick was awesome. We enjoyed each moment of time we had together. Thanks to everyone on this thread for your well wishes, your thoughts and your prayers... this process has certainly been stressful and very emotional... difficult to say the least... Dare.. don't worry, everything will be fine, Rick and I have had our little spats throughout this process too... it is just stress. The hardest part is not knowing WHEN!! I take comfort in the fact that they cannot hold us down forever... love conquers all! I love to hear all of your updates, and hope that I can update as well soon too! Trying to stay positive throughout this horrible process! When we finally do get our NOA2... party is on!! The process sucks but we have no choice but to wait. hoping you hear something soon, this week possibly . VSC to NVC to Consulate seems to be moving pretty fast. mine reach the consulate within 2 weeks of approval and i got interview date already. Just take comfort in the fact that it will speed up after NOA2 (hopefully) And its great that you have a wonderful time. I think most of us would be lying if we said we didnt had some argument with our fiancee during the process but thats what a relationship is all about cause its not always going to be smooth. My fiancee went home and went through the mail, wasnt expecting anything and bam, she saw the USCIS envelope with a yellow sticker on it. seems like it was forwarded so who ever said USPS dont forward USCIS mail, they are wrong, as long as they have the new address, they should send it along. For us, we cant do medical until we get the packet 4 in the snail mail. so they have to schedule it a month away so we can get the packet 4 in the mail,to do what needs to be done. if she wanna wait she can. i was just being proactive and it paid off. (It was received yesterday and a case number assigned) that just the very act of packaging it and preparing for being sent to the consulate is considered additional processing...Really hope that is all it is. I'll call again Friday I think...And hope for some good news then. Still worried though. I just didn't want to hear those words at all....Anybody have any insight? hope you hear something good soon bro.
