K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	i dont understand how is it that K visas are neglected to the point where we have to sit and wait for 3-4 months to get a touch. sep, oct, nov and for most of december was getting there approvals within 3-4 months, we have to wait an extra 30-60 days. that really sucks, whats worst is that you have peeps with slow consulates and then you have some that goes into AP...what is more painful??? Lot of us had a choice cause we could have immigrated on other visas and got married with a dual intent and try go through the process like a lot of people do but we all tried to go the legal way, and this is where it gets us; missing our significant others, not knowing which date for sure will be the day when we all get to hold each other again, it sucks. Im gratefully for VJ cause i think i would have gone mad already. VSC is really staring to creep me out. It's very frustrating not seeing any ruin happen there when CSC is catching up fast. Its a bitter sweet feeling checking numbers around mine. We did get it!   However, he told me it was just entered into the system today, and is undergoing necessary administrative processing. Is this normal?    it's the same thing NVC had told me.they said it was normal for all K1 to go through admin processing,when i clearly see others case been sent out 1-3 days after NVC receives it. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	June 2013 FILIERS	Just spoke to a rep at NVC and was told to allow up to 8 weeks for transfer from CSC and then an additional 10-20 days for the case number to be put into their system. We were approved on 9/18....and the approval expires 1/17/2014. SMH   Everyone seems to have their own battles in different ways and forms.whether it's RFE at USCIS,AP at NVC/Consulate. We all have our ups and down and then there are some that go through the process smooth and quickly with no issues.anyway My case took 16 days to arrive at NVC from the date of my NOA2 approval.My case arrived at NVC October 4 and i got my case number same day. Now i been told yesterday that my case is in admin processing and there's no estimated wait time when it will end. My fiance was also told today that they were in the middle of opening our case,and they said once they open it they would send it off,but in 2 weeks. all i can say is to hang in there and keep calling! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	June 2013 FILIERS	Apparently my beneficiary country consulate will send me all the instruction via packet 3, which they will send after they received the approved petition from NVC. Somehow you can check in DHL website whether embassy has received it by putting the date of when NVC shipped it to beneficiary embassy. Mine is still on the way but reaching Malaysia already I can't wait to get all these done.   That's great news,mines has not left NVC yet since they receive it on Friday and it's now the weekend.Hope it is been shipped some time this coming week. Is it awaiting for the packet 3 sent to beneficiary or we can follow from VJ's packet 3 list? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	June 2013 FILIERS	I received my text on Sept 9 and my hardcopy I-797 a few days shortly after. Of course the hard copy says the petition has been forwarded to the listed consulate. From what I gather it is actually going to the NVC first. I make my calls every week and will until I receive word that they have received at NVC and forwarded to the embassy in Moscow. Realistically I am not expecting this to happen until sometime in the middle of October, but then again I did not expect to receive my NOA2 on Sept 9 after receiving NOA1 confirmation on June 20. With that in mind, I will call every week until it has been received.   Well next week i will get my fiance to call. We are still getting things together ,so not completely in a rush even though i can't wait for my interview to be schedule.   That's great congratulations..   Thank you! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	June 2013 FILIERS	NOA2 September 9th. I called the NVC today. Still have not received my case from the CSC. The operator told me that it can take 6 -  8 weeks currently. When she asked what type of petition it was, I responded a K2. She said that typically these types of petitions take less time. Funny thing is, she recognized me from last weeks call. I told her that I would call every week. She said as she said last week that this was probably the best most realistic tactic. We got approved 18th of September , but until now we haven't heard from USCIS that our case is being ship to NVC, no nothing, we got our Noa2 hard copy.. I was approve September 18.we received our NOA2 hard-copy in the mail already.but USCIS haven't update us if our case is transfer or not.have you tried calling NVC to see if they had receive it? And anyone know on average the time to interview from NOA2 approval? How much time or notice do they give to prepare for interview?   i think you need to check your country consulate information or others timeline to get an estimate of how long it will take to get an interview after NOA2 issued.For Jamaica it's 60-90 days after approval of NOA2. Me too same thing, CEAC was updated to ISSUE Feb 28, up to now I don't se no waybill number on CSC "There is no information on the Waybill Number at this time."I emailed the embassy this what they say: Good day Sir/Madam   If you are not registered with DHL then the package will not be delivered.  Also, you should never book a ticket until you have your package in your hand.      Me too girl! Mine was also issued on February 27. I am still not seeing any updates on CSC's website regarding a waybill number yet though. Are you picking yours up in Kingston or Mobay?
