K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	k1 visa under administrative review	Dear VJ, I just want to share my experience regarding my k1 visa application. I had my interview last August 22, 2012 with the US Embassy Manila. It went good and I was told to just wait for my visa. Then days pass by I called the USEM to inquire the status of my k1 visa then she told me that our case is under administrative review. And further she told me that they don't need any document for the meantime. And this makes us so stressed coz we don't know whats going on with our papers. Now its one month already but havent heard anything from them. What should we do now? Its kinda torture on our part not knowing the reasons why we are placed in admin review. Please give me insights about this matter. Philippines	Marriage solemnized under Article 34 in Philippines...Please share your experiences	IMO every country has their rules about marriage certificate. The US does not determine what another country's laws require for marriage. So send your certificate without worrying. Although you kinda expected it you will still feel the dissapointment because you care very much for each other. As Djricky said be prepared for about a two week wait since they seem to take a little longer to print the K-1 visas. You would have to email the embassy with your enquiry if you need to contact them. No I'm not wrong about the interview. My only hope as of now is to get my w-2 so I can file my return, hopefully I'll get it in time to file and buy my ticket. Supposedly we're getting it 1/30 but I'm suppose to leave 2/11, not enough time to file and get my return in time to purchase my ticket but I'm still hopefull for a miracle. If we don't get paid this week I'm gonna ask my boss for atleast $300 of my check so I can buy it. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Out of AP and Visa ISSUED!!!	As many have read, we had been in AP in JA for 77 days. Our visa was issued on Tuesday, August 13, just before noon (JA time). Yesterday we received an email response from the embassy stating the visa and passport will be delivered through DHL shortly and to use the waybill# to track it. My fiance contacted DHL, DHL advised a courier goes to the embassy on a daily basis. She stated the courier usually makes picks at around 8:00 a.m. Once the courier has completed his route, the visa is brought to DHL main sorting center. Since Mo'Bay is our final destination, she stated the visa will be delivered to Mo'Bay the same day as pick up. However, the package arrives at 5:00 p.m. and the pickup window closes at 5. So the visa would be available the next day after it was picked up from the embassy. We are on pins hoping today our visa is picked up. The waybill'# is still not posted. From what I have read it will not be available until DHL picks up the visa.   I hope today is the day, we have waiting too long to start our lives. We have gone through every emotion you can think of.... of course supporting one another throughout this time. When one was loosing it (usually me), the other would consule/support. I can say we only grew stronger these last 77 days. I can't wait to move forward and pick my baby up.....Hopefully  its tomorrow!   I read your post the other day,i was very sad to hear of your delay.but god clear the way and made your love overcome this obstacle.I hope everything will be smooth sailing from now on.congratulation and have a happy marriage! On the I-129F form, where it asks for the information of the Alien Fiance(e), it asks for their A#. Your previously assigned A# should have been listed there. Also, on the G-325A that you filled out and signed, it asks for your A# in 2 different places. An A# is not a case number. Your KNG case# will not be the same this time, since it is a new/different case.   well my fiance and i did not know if i had an A#/Alien registration number or not.We don't know what it is.once we had receive our NOA1,we put our receipt number into the  uscis website and it said alien registration number change.we do not know what all this mean.so we search the net and VJ and everyone said it happens to them right after the issuance of the NOA1.We did not know what it was,we did not wrote it in the form but USCIS did for us,apparently it doesn't seems like an issue. It does not belong to your fiance, as a USC does not have an A#. It did not belong to your ex, as you stated it was given to you for your CR-1 from your previous marriage. I think there was just a little a confusion, but you cleared that up.   The forms you fill out for the I-129F petition ask for an A#, so if you already had one from your previous CR-1, you should have put it for the I-129F petition forms where it asked. It is your A#, assigned to you. You keep the number. Yes, they do checks on those that file and you would have already been in the system from your previous immigration application.   You can have your fiance call, but there is nothing to worry over here.     Well my fiance the "petitioner" is the one who filled out the I129F.I did not know anything about the A# /Alien Registration Number until i started my K1 visa Journey,because previously for the CR1 visa i had an immigration attorney and everything was sent directly to him.so i wouldn't really know anything about the A# until i overal the NOA-T and realize that i saw  A# somewhere  before and compare to the NOIR.I am just hoping my KNG# is not the same as it was before,that would have been too weird. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	application for withdrawal?what the EF!	uscis/vsc says they sent us a notice acknowledging our application to withdraw our petition! onle the petioner can withdraw the petition and greg did'nt do that.he's mad as hell and i was crying my eyes out all weekend (we got the news late friday afternoon and no answer from the call center!).then greg called on monday morning first thing and they told him to wait until he gets the notice in the mail then respond in writing! i ws disatissfied cos i'm thinking we're wasting time waiting for a notice that mite not come (cos it mite have been sent to the person who actually made such a request for their petition!).so we 3 wayed thema nd i got talk to a rep who after hearing my concerns advised up to ahead a write a response and send it to them immediately...we did that.the letter was overnighted last night and was delivered at 12:08pm today...phew! i also emailed a copy of the letter to them (thanx lucy) and we r now trying to get in contact with the congressman's office in orlando. i'm so pissed at them! but most of all sad and disheartened.still fighting tho...wish me luck! I gave up on the call centre until the night before approval when our call was taken by a senior member of staff.
