K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	READY	Ok so checked the CEAC website tonight at work and it Says READY!!!    I Cant believe it. It has been 3 weeks and 1 day since his interview. Im trying not to let myself totally relax untill my fiance gets it in his hand. Does anyone know about how long from this point untill we can pick it up?? I wish everyone a speedy journey. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	uscis notifications	Does USCIS notify the petitioner of when an approved application is forwarded to NVC? How would I know when they sent the petition?   Yes they do notify the petitioner of when the approved I129F is being shipped off to the NVC.They will send the petitioner an email followed by the NOA2 hard copy in the mail.Or if you check your online status via the USCIS website it will state that they shipped the approved/reaffirm petition to department of state...but it's really the NVC.so don't be confuse by that. I had done what you told me to do but I got my self into a conclusion I had fallow all the instructions and when I submitted in something display stating that it's an application error, in witch means that it's been an unexpected error occurred while processing the request and the error has been reported to the site of administrator. Honestly now I know for sure that website is the one that is having problems and I guess I need to wait until they fix it because there's nothing outs that it could be done. Thanks again. If there's some one outs experiencing the same problem can y'all be kind enough to let me know .   your welcome,I just check mines and it's working fine.keep trying,you might want to refresh your page or restart your computer and try again.If it don't work today try back tomorrow and see what happens.when did you receive your case number? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Ceac.state.gov	Hi vj does any of you have problems to check the visa status in the website because I try several times and it only says application error...?? can someone tell me how to do it please ,,,I will appreciate and thanks in advance   When you go onto Ceac.state.gov make sure you choose Check My Visa Application Status under the immigrant section.once you get to that page,you copy and paste or type your case number into the immigrant visa case number field and submit.that's pretty much it.Good luck! That is what they did with my wife, the CO didn't say approved, welcome to America... nothing, Just wait for your number to be called at the next window, there she was told to go home and wait for her visa to be delivered, at that point I asked - does this mean she is approved. Just need you guys opinion: According to the USCIS examiner: Your children's birth certificates and photo prove that you and your fiancee have met,. however they do not provide evidence that you have met in person within the required 2 year period from date of filing the petition. Therefore more evidence are needed From USCIS: Submit evidence that you and your fiancee have met each other in person at some time during the two year period from 1/10/2010 until 1/10/2012, the filing date of your petition. This is what I don't understand, does it have to be exact two year (from date of petition filing) so we can qualify? Isn't it the reason why USCIS requires the two year period is because they want to weed out fake relationship and sham marriage. I met my fiancee way back 2004. We have a child on 2005 then another on 2009 so all in all we have 2 kids. I periodically fly to manila maybe 3-4 times/year to be with them. I would think our case would weigh more because we are more than two years and we have kids! Please enlighten me one of the criteria of the k1 visa is that you MUST provide evidence that you have met physically in the last 2 years prior to filing the petition. if you havent done that, there is no exception............except a very difficult waiver to obtain. In order to prove that you met, enclose in your petitions, passport stamps, boarding passes and photos taken within the last 2 years. if you all never met, withdraw the petition and satisfy the requirement and refile	djricky4	Male	Jamaica	2012-07-02 07:27:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	RFE I got was simple and silly	I mentioned on Monday that I saw on the USCIS website an RFE. I thought it would be for the blue background on me and my fiancee passport pictures. It wasn't that. It was for page 3 of I-129 application part C. I didn't answer the questions about if I was involved in domestic violence and other types of crimes. There were 3 questions. I answered no to all 3 of them and sent it off today. I recieved the hard copy in the mail yesterday evening. One page was instruction and the other was the page to respond. Both pages were blue in color. I made copies for myself. I used tracking from postal service to see when they recieve it. It says it will take a minimum of 2 weeks for them to respond to the RFE when they receive it. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Called VSC again today! it's been 6 months.	i know how frustrating it is @ VSC, you all just gotta hold tight and be strong, you all have been waiting for 6 months so far which is tremendous. A lot of Early Feb filers should be getting though in the next week and a half hopefully The VJ timeline isnt gonna be as accurate as we expect, its a bit skewed base on the data we all enter.
