No. You have to have a VALID reason why it HAS to be expeditied...otherwise you'll wait in line like everyone else. You are petitioning in a country that is already difficult and high fraud, so I wouldn't push it. The poster that Rahma was referring to had ALL THE SAME PROOF you did - phone logs, chat logs, all that - and STILL Got denied... There are SO MANY PEOPLE who are doing the SAME THING WE ARE just without posting here on VJ. There are even people who use VJ that...<gasp> Don't fill out a timeline!! So when you say only 1-2 a day that is only 1-2 a day of people from VJ!!! I kinda see where DEvilette and others are coming from. I think people that had to wait AGES get a bit agitated when ppl are unrealistic about how long this process takes... Anyway - Everyone deserves time off at the holidays...even USCIS workers. I do have his divorce papers and also my annulments papers I will bring with me just to be sure..and yes I have copies of his passport and also have the pictures. It just suck that they don't place there in particular what they need. Cebu / Manila s not just around the corner for applicants who are in remote place to keep coming back and forth on unexpected documents they may ask. Yes bring ur divorce decree and just bring all documents u have right now just to be sure. Yes i was also so confused b4 when i atttended this seminar i was by myself. And gosh good thing I remember make sure u know the exact adress of ur fiancee and his work adress they will ask it and his us. fon number. Original and photocopy of Immigrant Data Summary for US bound one of the requirement for the CFO I think that for immigrant so just ignore it. As for my exprience they did not ask for that. What they ask me is a legal capacity good thing I brought it with me and to think I was married a long time ago. But for u dont need that, just bring a photocopy of ur husband's passport with the last stamp that he visited you, pictures of you together, and you have to know your husband's middle name.
