Happy for all whom have gotten there NO2'S And pray for the rest of you .. Alittle more for Richard , Your turn is near.. Good morning everyone March Family! I was wondering how long does a RFE processing at VSC takes... I read somewhere it is about 2 business weeks... anyone knows? (though probably this is a futile question...if we take into consideration how "logic" this process has been lol Well, my timeline is updated all right and tomorrow my love is going to call the USCIS... see if we are lucky... How are you feeling Richard? Love you all, KataandFreddy It has now been 16 days since VSC received my response to my RFE and resumed action on my file.....I call every day and all they will tell me is to allow up to 60 days for them to finish. OMG Missy really... }: Missy whom are you calling? You have number please 1-800-375-5283 Press 1 for English (unless you want spanish), then press 2 for the "latest information" on your case. After you input your EAC # it will tell you exactly what you can read for yourself on the website. You have to listen to all of that, then you have to listen to the BS about changing your address and THEN you need to pay attention to what he says. I think at the end of all of that you have to press 3 to report a problem with your case. After you report a problem then you have to listen to the recording that tells you if your case has been updated within the last 60 days then you must wait another 60 days until you can call....don't pay any attention to that. At the end of that message push 1 and that takes you to a person. Once you get THAT person, ask to have your call escalated. They will ask a bunch of questions and try to talk you out of it but be persistent. Once you reach tier 2 support then you can ask questions..... It is the MOST frustrating experience ever and I don't recommend it. I know my file is on an adjudicators desk because of my congressman. It's called the misinformation hotline for a reason - no one has ever given me the same answer twice - and I have called a zillion times. I need a 12 step meeting about it now....I can't stop. Don't do it unless you want to be frustrated. Call your congressman instead and let them help you get information.	missmissy	Female	Denmark	2009-09-09 08:47:00

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between August 22, 2009 and September 8, 2009* (RFEs at the Vermont Service Center typically add an extra 15 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time). The info was out there for anyone to see and use. But she decided that she wanted it today, and I was going to give it to her or else. Well, #### that. She can go shampoo herself. I hope she spends 2 months in AP. I just finished reading the last 6 pages of the NVC thread where this all went down. I wanted to jump in there and write something, but I decided to not stir it when it might be settling down. I think people handle stress differently and the people there seem to be REALLY stressed. I feel that you handled the situation exactly right. You are out of NVC now, right? And, finally, I absolutely and addicted to looking at the DHL page and seeing all the packages going out. Right now, as I am marrying a cuban, I am exploring the magic world of the cuban cuisine... We should get together and prepare this huge meal with all sorts of dishes to share. Missy, churros are nice, too oily for my taste.. but you should give them a try. They do look kinda funny, but their taste is really nice. Kata, I am absolutely UP for that!!! I used to put on an Italian feast once a year, cooked for a week and invited all my friends and family, and if that wasnt enough, i invited the whole neighborhood. It got so big that we actually closed off the road (I lived on a small road at the time) So, you name it and lets do it!!! I totally agree with your point of view on cooking... I think it is second only to SEX... but then again, I am a guy I have not cooked much Ecuadorian or Chilean for that matter... I might have to go get a new cook book I just love cook books It's ON! I love to cook as well. After all, my oldest has graduated from culinary school and my youngest is there now! We used to cook together all of the time. Anything you wanted, we did it. I have boxes of cook books that we have acquired over the years. My favorite is gumbo. I experimented with some Indian Curries a few years ago. I love curry but.....it's tricky to cook with. edited to add that next Friday my BFF's and I are going to the Viking Cooking School here in Jackson for some French cooking lessons! I haven't been paying attention to ANYTHING that was going on around me. All of you that were approved and yakking away about what you were doing, I was playing solitaire!! Now what do I do? Do we need more passport style photos of Lars? I have all of our evidence and forms completed but I have gone brain dead about anything else. I have: the checklist from Kinshasha (the same one they use in Brazzaville) and I have everything on the checklist minus a few small documents that I am working on and his medical stuff. Tons of photos, passport stamps, cards, letters, emails, things we have jointly - in other words, plenty of proof new letters of intent What am I missing? Sorry, I promise I'll pay attention now.
