IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	USCIS lost my file	Hello VJ members, My husband just got complete documents back from our lawyer, he applied I-130 last July 2005. And in May 15, 2006 there was NOA that stated that my case has been approved, but USCIS lost my file, therefore our lawyer resubmitted and he got the new receipt number on October 23,2006. Anyone ever have a same problem with me? what should I do? is there any way to expedite this process? my husband had appointment USCIS local office next tuesday, it would be help? We contacted our congressman and she said that our I-130 and I-129f are the right place and being processed. This mornng we contact her and she said nothing to report. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K-1 Expired	Can you elaborate a bit on what exactly went wrong between the two of you when she arrived? how long have known each other and have you met before she came to the US? Where is she from? Careful with some suggestions in here, you do not wanna change the locks just like that, we may get yourself in trouble with the law. I suggest you call your local Police Station if things start going wrong, and explain the situation. They will be in good position to tell you what to do. Good luck! here you go ...Skynaut My fiance was issued a k1 visa on 2/18/10. The current expiration date on the visa is 7/21/10. I know the k1 visa should be valid for six months but my fiances seems to be valid for only five months. I was planning on my fiance to fly to the US in August. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Help from fellow Indonesians or anyone, on what to do next after getting NOA2	first thing first - work on I-134 and sent it to beneficiary, since it will take a while to get there (priority mail by usps took 3 weeks to get here) - as soon as you get the case number, beneficiary can take med exam (the clinic ask for it) - translate all the document that's needed other requirement documents will be send by USEM to petitioner by email.
